ZillowVERIFIED My husband Irving and I, Priscilla Williams contacted Terry to sell our condo at 24 Eagan Place, Peabody, MA. I have known Terry since childhood but lost touch for the past 40 years. We connected immediately. She was the same person as I remembered. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made our sale virtually seamless. We had several obstacles in our way. The pandemic was the biggest. Whenever she came over, she followed all the Covid-19 protocols wearing a mask, social distancing and doing a lot of work via phone and internet. She called us back immediately and answered all our questions and concerns. The day of the appointment only open house went off like clockwork, she made sure the protocols were strictly followed. 15 min intervals of only 2 potential buyers at a time. Masks were mandatory and sanitizer was provided all doors and cabinets opened. We were buying a new home out of state, in North Carolina, and she hooked us up with a wonderful agent in North Carolina and worked closely with the agent down here to make sure we knew exactly what was happening. Selling here and in MA were different and Terry made sure she knew what we needed to know. Her skill set is incredible at getting the job done for her clients. She priced right and got 7 above asking offers! Terry went above and beyond in helping us to sell and move our home! I would highly recommend her for your home sale.

The property had a Reverse Mortgage and needed to be sold within 90 days. Terryanne helped us get the property ready for showing and it was under agreement in less than 10 days after the open house with multiple offers. After the first offer fell through she was able to get a follow on offer within days for 8% more and 10% over the listing price! She worked with the Estate lawyers, inspectors, city officials and got the property sold within the Reverse Mortgage window. Our family is so grateful for her diligence and professionalism. Though she hadn't been directly involved, she was able to recall details of the purchase of our home from 10 years ago. Terry did a thorough market analysis and right-priced our house for sale. Due to a sudden lull in the market, the sale got off to a slow start. Bur Terry only redoubled her efforts, holding multiple open house viewings. She helped us identify and contract with an excellent and reasonably priced roofer, as well as a plumber who provided fast and superior service in getting the house ready. She was ready at all times to supervise and facilitate the work in making the house ready for sale. Because we lived out of state, she made an extra effort to stop and check on the security and well-being of our property, especially when the weather turned cold. She provided constant updates on the property and the progress of our sale. She followed through on every detail of our sale right up to closing.
