ReviewTina Ross was nothing short of fantastic to work with while purchasing our home. She was incredibly helpful during the entire purchase of our home from the very beginning to the end. She and her team went above and beyond in every aspect for us. Her patience, knowledge, and experience were a huge asset in our purchase and can say that we can't imagine going through the difficulties of purchasing a home without her!

Review Tina was absolutely incredible. We had to move very quickly from Ohio to reno in a very hot market and Tina did everything she could to ensure we found a house we loved even though we were very picky with our needs! She spent an entire week with us and helped at every turn. She communicated with us all the time to make sure we felt great about the buying process. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell your home. Our situation was very complex and she made it so easy! We are thrilled.

Review Tina is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market in Reno. She was so patient as we worked through a complex sale that required multiple visits from home inspectors and contractors. She helped navigate around a bank financing delay that could have resulted in the deal falling through. Already enlisted Tina's help in the next property. Give Tina a call!

Review Tina has been absolutely the best agent I could ask for. My previous house was under a contract after only a few hours (listed by Tina), so I needed to find a new home in a matter of a few weeks. Tina was very open to look at homes in both Reno and Carson city areas, proactively searched for properties she thought would work for me and was extremely understanding of the fact I had to bring my newborn baby to our meetings. It was the first house I was buying on my own. She was very responsive to the questions I had and gave me great recommendations for contractors to work with to schedule the house inspections. Terry and David were always ready to step in, if Tina was busy helping other customers. Thanks to her assistance the house purchase process seemed almost effortless to me. My family and I love our new house. Thank you Tina:)

Review My wife and I could not be happier with the work Terry, Tina and David did for us selling our home. Their knowledge and analysis of the local area far exceeded our expectation. Tina produced an outstanding video and picture display showing the home in the best possible way. From staging the home and scheduling showings Tina and David handled everything making the selling of our home as stressless as possible. The also sold our home for a full price offer in 8 days! They knocked it outta the park!!

Review I have known the Ross /Huffner team over 8 years and feel confident in the guidance and knowledge they provide. They work very hard to achieve the results for their buyers and sellers. We have experienced both the listing and buying with them on different properties. I believe the biggest compliment would be the referrals I have given them to many friends over the years. Our last transaction on our executive home with a large inventory of choices for buyers resulted in a successful contract in10 days and closed with no issues. The success I believe is the attention to detail and communication. They work tirelessly for buyers and sellers! Our upcoming transaction will be our 3rd and probably not our last. Yeah Ross/Huffner team.

Review This March after months of being apart, my family and I decided to leave our home in California and begin a new chapter in Reno, NV. We met Tina early on in our journey and I can say it was nothing short of a blessing. Tina was always available to not only answer our questions but took her time to explain every step of the process to us. She was able to help us find a home in an amazing neighborhood under our budget. She listened to our every wish and made it a reality. Thank you Tina for not only helping us through this process but truly caring about the needs of our family.

Review From start to finish, Terry and Tina were responsive and proactive providing exceptional advice and successful results with our home sale. The five stars assigned above says it all! Their attention to detail combined with their marketing skills (including staging) was over the top. AND, without hesitation, they helped us with the move to our new Reno residence providing vendors, trades, moving co. recommendations, etc. They are so much more than skilled real estate professionals. Their thoughtfulness and kindness is just part of their 'core' which then extended beyond our property transaction. They are wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Review Tina and Terry drove me around Reno to find neighborhoods that will best match what I was looking for. With their knowledge and guidance I was able to quickly narrow down my search and make an offer. Since I was in town for a short time, they helped me with the offer and all the paperwork with the title company. They answered my questions and followed up on all items that were needed to close on the purchase before I left town. Working with Terry and Tina was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home in Reno area.

Review We were moving to Reno from out of state. Terry and Tina were not our agents, but they were the listing agent for the house we bought. I just felt I needed to write a review for them because they were extremely helpful and responsive during the process of viewing and buying our house. Plus, they had lived in the neighborhood and area and gave us a lot of local/valuable information. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Review We moved from Massachusetts and knew very little about the local market and areas to live. Terry and Tina were both incredibly helpful and spent hours with us, from helping us find the perfect neighborhood, the perfect house and then with all of the little things, like gathering daycare recommendations and providing lists of helpful vendors for our new home. We couldn't be more pleased with their team!

Review Tina Ross was referred to us as a professional agent with substantial high-end residential real estate experience. That was our experience as well.Tina and David handled our requirements exceptionally well, even as we found ourselves changing our requirements along the way based on conditions of the market. We were also impressed with their response time with all our questions and concerns.Processing of the offer and related transactions was always prompt and smooth, and Tina made sure we were aware of important details and issues.

Review We would like to thank you both for sticking with us over the last eight months to get our home sold. With the marketing and open house events and the number of potential buyers that came through our home, we were discouraged with the lack of interest. Your professional guidance and patience through out the process was appreciated and in the end we are satisfied with the outcome. Your knowledge of the ArrowCreek market was our primarily reason for choosing your team and its apparent that our trust in your insights and diligence got our home sold. I particularly appreciate Terry's snow clearing skills!

Review Tina, Terry, & David are the BEST at what they do. Their extensive real estate experience and understanding of the neighborhoods are top notch. They got us the highest price/sqft for our home compared to comps in the area at the time of sale. I will never sell/buy a home in the N. Nevada area without using them. They work tirelessly to get your home sold at the right price and I was truly lucky to have them on my side.

Review I found Terry & Tina from an ad they placed on Zillow. When I met Terry, I knew the "Terry & Tina Ross" team was exactly what I was looking for. I cannot say enough about how professional, honest, and knowledgeable they were. My husband and I ended up purchasing the lot I originally inquired about, but Terry insisted on showing many other properties to be sure we were making a well informed choice.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great real estate team. Review There aren't enough superlatives to describe our experience with Terry and Tina, who handled the sale of our Arrowcreek home. Excellent advice on setting the asking price which led to a reasonable offer and a quick sale. They were there every step of the way to deal with questions from the buyer and their agent during inspections and prior to closing, and the closing went without a hitch. Highly recommended, especially for homes in Arrowcreek, which they know like the back of their hand.

Review Tina Ross not only found our dream home for us, she handled a complex real estate transaction with ease! We purchased a home that involved the sale of 3 properties and 4 families. There are multiple financial resources involved, title companies, contracts for rent back, the list goes on and on. There were many career Real Estate Professionals in these sales, and on more than one occasion Tina dealt with the demands and filtered us from the behind the scene "personality conflicts". This is our second purchase with Tina & Terry Ross and the experience could not have been better.

Review we are at the stage of life when simplicity, comfort and wisdom need to be weaved together in making life changes. this was our experience with Tina Ross and family. our last big decision going into retirement would be where to live and how to get our needs met in a realistic way. one phone call to Tina and she was on the way to making our new destiny come true. she lead us through the deep snow and high desert in search for our new home and we found it. the temperature was not even a issue to her and she made us feel warm supported and important. there is no way we would have put up with any inconvenience in that weather, but she made it seem so easy and all worth it. if you are wanting the assurance of confidence and trustworthiness you will find it in her. we are delighted and thrilled to have worked with her and her supportive team in her husband and son.

Their knowledge, engagement and attention to detail was the best we have ever seen. They communicated very well and there were never any surprises. They always provided very good advice for us to draw upon. We were able to close on our new house ahead of schedule based on their oversight. The house we sold beat the going price per square foot in our neighborhood. They know the Reno market! Highly recommend as either a buyer or seller agent

Review David Huffner and Tina Ross are the hardest working realtors in Reno. They delivered several offers for me and helped me sell my large custom home in ArrowCreek. They also assisted me with supporting the inspectors, the appraiser, the repair folks, title, everything. They always, always had my best interest first and foremost. Their attention to detail and to supporting me was simply fantastic. I am in the process of downsizing and purchasing a smaller home and once again, their knowledge of the market, the inventory, pricing, location, everything, is simply amazing. It is impossible to be more on top of things than Tina and David. Use them to help you sell or purchase your next home - you will be stunned at what they can and will do for you!

They have excellent knowledge of the marketplace. They provide excellent advice as to how a house should be presented for sale. They held many open houses and always followed up with potential buyers and their agents. They found us the perfect buyers and we received an excellent offer within our price range. Review Buying or selling a home can be a very unpleasant experience. We are from California and met Terry at the house we saw online and were interested on, in Nevada. Terry was very professional and accommodating to our schedule. Later I had the pleasure of meeting Tina, who followed the entire transaction to the end. She made my experience of purchasing this home pleasant and stress free. Unlike past experiences, I felt that Tina sought out our best interest. Being so far way and having Tina keeping me up to date on every single step made me feel at ease. Thank you for all your help. We are looking forward to our new home.
