Terry took videos of the property so we could see all aspects of the property before we purchased it. He answered all of our questions before the transaction as well as after the transaction and we still shoot him a message if we have a question about the area, etc. definitely went above and beyond what was required
ZillowVERIFIEDI hired terry to sell my kw townhouse, I suggested my listing price, he said "NO, it would not appraise". I told him that I could ask for the market was going up. He talked me down. Within 3 months, FOUR townhouses are listed and selling at 30- 50k more than what terry told me i could get. How can you get it if you can't even list it? Terry just wanted a sale during the slow season - he even suggested eating the 2500. credit for the sale to go through post inspection and would not tell the buyers no as I said - so he wanted to pay the credit out of pocket -to allow the sale to go through? Desperate and sketchy. Never accept a NO from a realtor. I see his Broker has sold one for 30k (listed 50k) more than what I was told I could get from mine- same company! DISAPPOINTED DOESN'T SAY ENOUGH
