My wife was transferred with her job to Poplar Bluff, MO. We had never been to the area and had a tight timeframe to get relocated. We called the real estate office and was referred to Terry Stewart and we are very thankful. From the initial introduction from explaining our expedited timeframe and unfamiliarity with area he was beyond accommodating. We ended up finding a rental that was within our budget and met 99% of our desires. With his vast knowledge of the market he actually found a house that was listed for sale, but had been on the market for some time and asked the seller if they would be willing to lease. They agreed to a price that we, the seller/leaser, and Terry thought was fair for the market. Without knowing the market we would not have known a fair price nor that a house for sale could potentially be leased. We were beyond fortunate to have this experience and if we do end up staying longer and want to purchase a home we will be calling Terry once again.

We were newer to the area and Terry was extremely helpful in filling us in on the local market. We had done some research and thought we knew quite a bit, but Terry was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the Poplar Bluff market. He showed us numerous homes and had actually been involved with previous transactions at these same homes and had knowledge of the history of many properties. We could not have been happier with our experience with Terry and when we do make another move in the future we will undoubtedly use Terry to handle our real estate business. I personally wouldnt use Terry he isnt a very good realtor he wasnt interested in helping us find what we wanted but was trying selling us the most so that he could make a bigger profit

I've worked with Terry several times over the past 20 years. Most recently, he helped me with the purchase of another investment property. Not only did he do a great job at keeping the process moving, he also helped in dealing with the bank and an appraisal issue when the initial appraisal came in at an unreasonable number. He carefully reviewed and prepared additional comps and helped make the transaction possible. He is highly knowledgeable and knows the market very well. He is and always has made himself available and I will certainly look forward to working with him in the future.
