ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Terry to buy our first home was a great experience. He did a great job of finding lots of homes in our price range for us to look at. He is very friendly and has great knowledge of Rock County and all it has to offer. I would recommend working with Terry to anyone looking for a new home in Rock County.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry spent the time to look at dozens of houses with us while we tried to figure out what we wanted/needed. In the end we were ready to put in an offer and he encouraged us to look at 1 more place and we are glad we did. Terry helped us save close to $10k over the house we were ready to buy and it had everything we wanted. Terry is great and you are missing out if you don't give him a shot.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry assisted us in selling our first house. He was very knowledgeable and made himself available when we had questions. He made sure it was a smooth process and always looked out for our best interest. The following year Terry helped us find our next house. He made himself available to show us houses we were interested in sometimes last minute showings. We are now just waiting for our closing coming up next month. I would definitely recommend Terry as he comes with a great deal of knowledge and experience dealing with real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry did a good job with listing our house. He seemed to know the area, helped us get the listing done and the right price to start with, helped us through the entire process, told us when he felt was a good time to lower the price and to what, and then helped us with getting the house sold at the end. He was very responsive to our questions and was available through a variety of different technologies in answering our questions whether it was on the phone, via email, or via text messages.

ZillowVERIFIED I would completely recommend Terry as an agent. We were living out of state and trying to find a home. Terry would fill a day of homes to show my husband and they would look at as many as they could at one time. After looking at several and communicating with me in another state, we found a home! Thanks Terry! You made the process much easier then it could have been!

ZillowVERIFIED Terry is an awesome agent! He helped me sell my home and when we talked about where I would like to live, he contacted his relocation department and an agent from the new area contacted us within a few hours! He used all of his First Weber tools and knowledge to assure me as both a seller and also as a buyer of my new home! Terry answered all of my questions and concerns throughout both transactions. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone who is planning to sell or buy! A genuinely nice man!

ZillowVERIFIED I initially contacted Terry via email at 9 pm expecting a reply the next day, to my surprise I received a response 5 minutes later and meet with him in person the next day. Terry is always quick to respond and return a call. Selling your house can be quite stressful but he guided us through the sale of our home, which sold in less than one month, and made it effortless on our part! I am greatful for this experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was very helpful to my wife and I when we were considering selling our home. Even though we wound up staying due to issues with the housing market at the time, Terry was honest and helpful to us and sensitive to our situation regardless of the final outcome. We appreciate his integrity and in the future we will gladly do business with him.

ZillowVERIFIED I have emailed Terry several times about different properties. He always responds very very quickly. When he responds, he emails me full descriptions of property including maps etc. Because of this I would call upon his services when I do buy a Home or Property. It doesn't matter who lists the property, Terry can sell any listing.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry first assisted me a few years ago with a foreclosure home I purchased. He was very persistent in negotiating with the bank for that purchase even though they required us to jump through a lot of hoops in the process. Since that purchase, he has contacted me regarding a few homes he thought I might be interested in, plus shown me a number of homes I have called him on. He follows through with what he says he will do and works hard for his clients. I am not hesitant in recommending him as an agent. Ken Joyce

ZillowVERIFIED I had a estate property for sale for 1--2 years with little interest and a friend suggested Terry. After a discussion I decided to go with Terry. And shortly afterwards I excepted an offer. Terry answered all questions promptly and was helpful. I would NOT hesitate to have Terry sell any property for me in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry is as knowledgeable with the local market as any broker I deal with. His strong suit, however, is his penchant for detail. He will get the job done for you and done right .When he helped me sell my house, he set the price very reasonable so that it would not sit on the market too long. I was very pleased with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry is very knowledgeable and cares about his client. Terry used several ways to advertise our house, he used facebook , as well as the firstweber web site, he advertised in the local paper and we had a area on our for sale sign that people could text a number and get information about the house as well as they could use their smart phone and contact the number on our for sale sign and it would give the detailed information about our house that we were selling. Any questions that I had Terry was always able to answer them for me even if he had to call me back the same day with the answer. He would touch base with us at least once if not twice a week about what he thought we should do as far as if we should lower the price or keep it the same for a couple if weeks . The inspection he advised us on who we could get to fix what needed to be fixed after the inspection. Terry was very good about keeping in touch with the buyers realtor so we knew exactly what the buyer wanted from us as soon as the buyers realtor would contact Terry . There was never any question about what the buyer wanted or didn't want.
