Terry Matheus is by far the best realtor I have worked with over the past 20 years. Terry has sold 2 homes for me both in 1 day over asking price (and appraisal) and set a record price for our neighborhood. We consulted Terry months before we decided to put our home up for sale to determine where we currently fitted in the market. She was professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful in guiding us in pricing and when to place our home on the market.
