ZillowVERIFIED Terry and Megan were very responsive from my initial contact to them throughout the complete process of the purchase of my property. They guided us through every bump and need, In addition we are not local to the area and they were very accommodating to our strict schedule for meeting dates. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them on my future purchase as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I first engaged Terry and his team to help me purchase property to build a house on. We carried the entire transaction remotely. Terry provided multiple walk throughs while there was over a foot of snow on the ground. He helped coordinate excavation for the PERK test, and when contractors didn't show, he found someone else to come out at a moments notice so our closing dates weren't delayed. During this time he and his assistant were extremely professional and competent. They were so great, when we wanted to buy a home, we went back to him. Boy am I glad we did. I found a finance outfit to work with and Terry being the team player he is, began leading the entire team. Of course his negotiation skills and local knowledge were superior. He found the perfect dream house, and without his with negotiation, we never could of afforded it. We were renting and our lease was going to be up in 40 days. Because of his team, they were able to keep things racing. I could go on all day. But to keep this short, we did close on time. They communicated every step of the way. All kinds of things came up due to COVID and the approaching winter season, but Terry and Megan his assistant kept knocking the obstacles down, keeping us on tract, calming everyone down, and keeping the focus on closing the deal. I plan on doing business with Terry's team in the future, and warn everyone else, when it comes to Real Estate, going in without Terry's team is just uncool. You'll never regret picking the best. They are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Terry is incredibly thorough and thoughtful. He will go the extra mile to ensure your desires are heard and your needs are met. When it comes to the back and forth with other realtors, Terry takes the front line keeping you informed of what is transpiring and detailing your options. He is also incredibly patient - our family wasn't sure we wanted to sell our property so we unintentionally dragged out the process at every turn.If you're shopping for a real estate agent that will have your back - look no further and give Terry a call. You'll be glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Our first ever home buying experience with Joelle Olsen, Realtor & Licensed Assistant to Terry Huffman, was nothing short of AMAZING. My FiancA(C) and I were nervous about making the biggest purchase of our life thus far but Joelle put us at ease with her expertise. Joelle was always on the ball and easy to get in contact with. Before our dream house was even listed on home buying sites, Joelle sent us an email with pictures and details about it. She set up an appointment with the listing agent to view it ASAP and she help us put in an offer the same day. Re/Max made our first home buying experience one that we will never forget. I recommend Joelle Olsen from Re/Max to all my closest friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Several years ago my wife and I sold our house through Terry and his team, had a good experience overall no issues at all. Either way I've dealt with allot of realtors when my wife and I were house hunting we've dealt with good ones and allot of bad ones. Terry and his team did quite well and considering we were out of state at the time further complicating the sale. They did very well and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting my wife and I were impressed with Terry. Through the time it took to sell our home we were given the proper information to make correct decisions. Even at closing one item came up that was corrected quickly by Terry. We would highly indorse Terry and his assistant Andrea very highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry and his associate Jaime were wonderful to work with. This was our first home purchase and they made the experience a very positive one. Their guidance through the process was a relief in a stressful time. Right from the start there was a low key, no pressure approach that was noticeable and welcome. We felt, throughout the undertaking, that Terry and his team really cared about us and finding the perfect home, not just making a sale. I highly recommend Terry and his team to anyone interested in buying a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Hi, I have never met or talked to Terry. Andrea help me from day one, as she knew my situation and she brings her daughter to the daycare I work at. I could just write an address on Adelynne's "daily report paper" and Andrea would have all the information on the house when she brought her in the next day. What I thought was an impossible mission of finding my tiny house, she made it a reality. I never thought it would happen, but she was there as a professional & now a good friend. I would recommend you to everyone. Thanks for helping me get my life going in the direction I've been working on for 3 years!!!! Thank you, Andrea!!! Sandy Aho Dino & Pebbles, too. Merry Christmas & a Blessed New Year!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We listed with Terry Huffman after considering three different brokers. We felt he was the most professional and knowledgeable. Since he is the broker of the largest real estate office in our town, ReMax, that would be to our advantage. It seemed to work. The Remax agents showed our house the most often, and Terry negotiated a good price for our house. The sale went smoothly and fast. We would highly recommend Terry Huffman if you are buying or selling a house.
