ZillowVERIFIED Terry Bailey found a house that met our needs and price limits, and helped us work through the purchase and title transfer process. Before we moved from Arizona, she arranged drywall repairs, whole house interior painting, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, smoke alarm system replacement, door lock replacement, HVAC system service, carpet replacement, and whole house deep-cleaning. We have dealt with agents in multiple states on multiple occasions over five decades and have never had such complete and competent service. She, her agency partner Linda, and her assistant Andy, worked together seamlessly to help us through the entire relocation process. We are extraordinarily grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED My first contact with Terry was on the phone. She was able to answer most of my questions then. There was a couple that she had to check on when she got to her office she called me immediately with the answers. I made an appointment with her to look at condos. When I got there she had some printed out in my price range. And we went looking at them. We had a deal in the works that day. The process was fast and excellent service. I didn't have much to do but go home and pack. Everything went smooth and even after the sale, she is available to answer any questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry had a buyer for my home in less than a day! Shes been very good with explaining all the steps along the way. This was our first home sale. She made it easy. She helped us buy our first home years ago and our second recently. If we buy in the area again, we will look for Terry to help us again.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted 3 different realtors in Deland to hire someone to sell my home. A realtor friend told me 3 questions to ask each of them. Terry answered all the questions without being offended (example "how much in sales did you have last year?) She and everyone in her office was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to have someone go to the house to let the gas man turn on the gas, got someone to mow my lawn, which was very helpful for a long distance landlord. She sold the house and I closed within the month I put it on the market. She handled the closing and put my money in my bank. Thanks to Linda and Andy from her office too!

ZillowVERIFIED Terry is amazing! She has actually been there with me every step of the way with this house in particular. Terry was actually my realtor when I first purchased the home just a few years ago. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and walked me through every little process so that I wasn't ever blindsided. This time, as a first time home seller, was no different. We were even able to sell the home from out of state which I thought would've been difficult but Terry handled everything for me and all I had to do was sign and send. Happy to be a repeat customer!

ZillowVERIFIED Terry Bailey and her team did an excellent job and I would certainly use her again and recommend her without hesitation to anyone selling or buying. They were very prompt in answering questions and keeping us informed with feedback from all realtors and updates on internet activity. I interviewed five local real estate companies before picking Terry. As a former sales manager, results speak volumes about capabilities and Terry's results year after year demonstrate superior achievement in the real estate field.

You can't find anyone more knowledgeable in DeLand/West Volusia. She will never steer you wrong. She can and will guide you EVERY step of the way, ranging from helping set up financing to finding inspectors and contractors and so much more. She responds promptly by text, email or phone, even on holidays! If you are looking to buy OR sell, look NO further. We would never consider doing business with ANYONE else.
