Terry is wonderful and the best realtor ever! I can't thank her enough! She truly helps families and has helped make my dreams come true, twice! Terry is VERY knowledgeable, responsive, creative, genuine, caring, friendly....everything positive! Terry's longtime experience made the buying and selling process seamless. No stress on my end and I 100% trust Terry's direction. Started out 5 years ago where Terry helped me purchase my first condo. Then Terry recently helped me sell my condo and find a new house simultaneously. The process was smooth, efficient and quick. Everything exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Terry to everyone. Thank you again Terry! You are an angel!

Terry was amazing!! She was so caring, thorough, and efficient throughout the whole process. From the beginning of home searching to closing out the deal, Terry listened to our requests, collaborated with us on so many things, and handled it all seamlessly. All I had to do was sign and Terry took care of all! 100% recommend working with Terry!!

Terry did a phenomenal job representing us on a commercial property in Los Angeles. There were a an immense amount of emotions and challenges in our escrow but she gracefully shepherded us to a closing. She was transparent from the start and had very good control of both sides acting as a dual agent. I hope to close another deal with her in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend her as a listing agent on any commercial property in LA county!!

Terry was the best agent for us as we were skeptical about selling our home and what the housing market could bear for us. She worked with us and all our skepticisms and we were ?? happy with the result.

Thank you Terry for being an amazing Agent! I was referred to Terry Avendano. With over 20 plus years of experience, I knew I was in perfect hands. When I made the call to her, she was able to find me the perfect home at the price range I was looking for. She made my home buying experience so easy I would definitely use Terry again for my second home or investment property. She was amazing.

This is the absolute worse agent in real estate history! We purchased a home from an owner that she represented. The offer contained terms that were not met by closing. Tenants in the home were not given notice to move out until 2 days before closing. They were offered a last minute "cash for keys" 30 day offer. Termite work was to be completed by closing. No termite work was done. Seller was supposed to get all of his belongings out of the home by closing with the exception of items in the attic. His belongings are still in the home, basement, ADU garage, and ADU laundry room. As of today we are now 1 week and 3 days post recording day and we still don't have the keys. She has not responded to multiple questions from our agent and we have been left on our own to navigate this mess that she caused. Proceed with caution if you do business with her. She is not professional or responsive.
