ZillowVERIFIEDTerry and Sarah helped us buy our first house. Terry was always available to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable. He was great at negotiating to make sure we paid a fair price for the house. We would definitely use Terry for our next real estate deal and will recommend him to anybody in our area looking to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Terry and Sarah! They helped us in every step of both the buying and selling process. They were really responsive and helped us negotiate at every step. No questions were too small, and even after closing they helped me figure out what to do about our brand new leaky sink! I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They're fabulous.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect nor what the home buying process entailed. Terry and Sarah helped from the start and were more than motivated to find us the right property after listening to our needs. They were attentive and supportive throughout all stages! We got our questions answered timely and felt as though our best interest was always at the forefront of their efforts. Both delightfully personable and extremely professional, we cant recommend them enough. All it took was one showing of a property to know we needed to work with them moving forward. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Terry brought in buyer to home I was selling. He was very professional in how he handled the transaction. Without Terry's knowledge and guidance I don't believe we would have gotten to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED There are truly no words to express our gratitude to Terry Ault! Our story: My husband is a professor at UWW and we had lived in a beautiful home and neighborhood for 13 years. We now felt it was time to downsize our home and have a bigger garden. There were all kinds of challenges and complications that Terry moved through with calm and ease. He never judged and offered advice as needed and always solicited. He saved us from ourselves a few times :-) and in the end, within 3 months, he helped us buy a new home and sell the other. He is a gem! He is good with people and knows a great deal about construction, plumbing, wiring and the land. We consider him one of the best people we have met in a long time.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was exceptional at both helping us find our new home but also in selling our old home in Whitewater to a very difficult buyer. His patience and willingness to go the extra mile are admirable

ZillowVERIFIED Terry is committed to the successful home search for his clients. I would highly recommend working with a professional like Terry. His follow through is excellent. Coming from out of state it was important to us that we had an advocate in our new state.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was great. Very relaxed personality and helped us every step of the way. He was kind and patient with us and our family. He showed us a number of homes and worked with us and our family. We were living on Camp Pendleton and had to look at homes via FaceTime and had our family and friends see the houses in person. He made a very stressful thing easy going. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was an amazing help buying our first home. We did the whole thing remotely as we were living in California at the time. He skyped tours and was very knowledgable. He worked very hard to make us feel comfortable in buying a home we had never personally seen! He also dealt with our crazy lender. His patience with the VA Lon process was very commendable! Thank you so much Terry! The Graffs
