Review If you're looking to buy a property in the Arnold area, I have THE best Realtor, Terri Watkins. I had specific needs like a flat lot among other things. Well, a flat lot can be really challenging when you're buying in the mountains. Terri was the best. Her strength and long time experience really came through when I got into escrow. Finding the house was the easy part; it was her negotiation skills and her ability to move things along smoothly that made the difference. There were several instances when this deal could have fallen apart. She kept it together with my best interest in the forefront. I came out of this experience with an amazing home. She even took video footage of all the bedrooms, cupboards, closets and more so that we could be well prepared for furnishing our new home. Review I met Terri by chance through a Zillow-facilitated showing and I have been so lucky that she handled that first showing because my experience with her over these past six months have been nothing but amazing. Since meeting her, I can say that my family has been in really good hands. Terri goes above and beyond and has constantly advocated for us - and believe me, with this crazy market, you need someone who can give proper advice and who is thoroughly knowledgeable of the comps, the competition, and what it entails to get our dream cabin. Shes so patient, always made time for us, and understood our needs right from the get go. My kids love her and she has eventually become a friend. Her recommendations for contractors and local spots are fantastic since she lives and breathes the whole town (unlike an put of town agent who doesnt necessarily know the area!), and the process for closing was so easy considering that we live 2.5 hours away. To make the experience even more magnificent than it already was, after 3 hours of driving in traffic to finally stay in our new cabin for the first time, Terri made sure we came home to a warm home, with treats and gifts for the family, too!
