With a background in marketing, environmental consulting, television and film production, my desire has always been to be involved in areas that would help heal the world in which I live. I always keep in mind that one person CAN make a difference. I have my Built Green certification and my EcoBroker designation and it opened a whole new arena that seems to have FINALLY gone mainstream. Most buyers and sellers really want energy efficiency in their homes and work place - so this field was just a natural progression for me. And my biz is always buzzing. My client base is all over the metro area, and I must say I love my job! My experience with Terri James was amazing and she went above and beyond numerous times. She was very thorough in explaining things to me with frequent updates, reminders on the entire process. I had a somewhat lengthy search for a condo due to my divorce process but Terri hung in there with me. She was adept at negotiating for items or terms I needed.
