I could not have been happier with the service and attention that I have received from Team Sponder,. Josh, the agent who we dealt with primarily, was outstanding. Our first dealing with him was to list a home we had previously had listed, twice, with another real estate company. After a year of no sale with the other company, we decided to go with Josh. Within a few weeks of listing it with him, not only did he conduct a few open houses at our property (something the other agent and Co. never did) we had a sale!We then listed our other home with him and again a fairly quick, smooth sale. During this time he also was very patient, showing us other homes to buy until we at last found our dream home! Never pushy and always friendly. Very happy and would highly recommend!

Wow! Couldnt have asked for a better home selling experience with Ed and Terri. We contacted them on our drive to Bullhead City to see about listing my Dads vacation home. They were able to meet with us right away when we got there and we had all the details worked out and contracts signed within a few days. We left Bullhead and Ed and Terri handled all the cleanup, repairs, negotiations and sale details. They kept us informed at all times and went above and beyond to solve the issues that arose. They know the area well and got us a price that exceeded our expectations.

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but Josh Vissers went so far above and beyond what one would expect of a Real Estate Agent I feel compelled to write this.On deciding to purchase a new home, I browsed what was available in the Bullhead City area on Zillow and after I had narrowed down my choices to 4 or 5 possibilities, I tried to contact (through Zillow) their respective listing agents. I did not receive a response from any of them, but Josh stepped up and contacted me, asked a few questions about my budget and preferences, then sent me further information on all the properties I was interested in, plus several more which were not listed on Zillow.After looking through the packet he sent me, I made arrangements to come to Bullhead City to view the properties.Josh spent 2 days showing me the homes I had selected as well as a few more that had just hit the market.After I had decided on the property I wanted, Josh was EXTREMELY helpful (read: He did ALL the legwork) in negotiating the purchase price, financing, and necessary repairs/modifications. He kept me abreast of the state of the required paperwork and replied to all of my questions and concerns usually within 30 minutes.He made helpful suggestions and pointed out some options I was completely unaware of.After all was said and done, and the sale was completed, he could have gone on his merry way having done his job, but he did not, He kept in contact and made certain that everything was going smoothly with my move. He even helped me move some furniture into the house.Most would do the bare minimum to make the sale and get paid, but with Josh, I've never dealt with anyone who was so helpful, friendly, courteous, professional, responsive and willing to help a newcomer to the area.
