Terri Munselle is a stellar realtor with skills above reproach in her industry. We first met her as the selling agent for an out of area second home we purchased in 2015. Our background in commercial and industrial real estate often creates a jaded image of residential realtors. Terri is the antithesis of that image! We maintained our former second home property in the area and relied on her for marketing it as a leased property until she represented its sale early this year. She vetted all lease applications and made the entire process quite painless. Our current second home is a seasonal rental, and she has been instrumental in releasing to the same tenant for us the past six years. I couldnt be happier with my experience selling a residential property in Palm Desert with the help of the Munselle Group.
