Terri made it possible because she always responded quickly when we found a house we wanted to check out. She was also honest with us about our financial options and never took advantage of our lack of knowledge. She negotiated so well that we were able to get a home that we thought was out of our reach. She is also very personable which means a lot to me. She came to everything too- there was no part of the process where we were left to fend for ourselves. As long as we are in this area we will never go to anybody else.
