ZillowVERIFIEDTerri is a dedicated professional in her field. Throughout the process, she was patient, smart, and committed to finding a strong buyer for my condo. She regularly communicated with me and I appreciated her negotiation skills and creative marketing strategies. With her guidance, we overcame a major obstacle to completing the sale. I have worked with Terri on two real estate deals and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional broker.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri was very professional, informative, and so dedicated in making us feel comfortable during our process. I definitely will speak highly of Terri and her team. This was a long process to us being first time homebuyers, so many obstacles, so many documents to sign, I can say Terri was a phone call away and she never made us feel uncomfortable with all the questions we had, she had an answer. I will support and share her information to future clients who are looking for a new home and someone who will be patient and feel all of your concern like they were hers. Thank you so so much Terri I'm grateful we chose you and your team to make us NEW HOME OWNERS !!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Terri Johnson was nothing short of amazing. Terri's task with the 'what to do's' list was to the point with simplicity at the forefront. What I like about working with Terri and believe me it was a collaborative engagement because if there was any doubt, on my part, she showed me with a verbal wisdom nudging me in the right direction. How angelic and spiritual is that, because I knew absolutely nothing concerning the home buying process? If there were any hiccups and/or road blocks along the way and it was; she took action in a timely manner and left the decision to me. That impressed me because in any situation guiding a person along with any process, it's been said "if you are working harder than the client, then you are doing too much". Therefore, if you do your part she's definitely doing hers. That was the best part of working with Terri because she is definitely a negotiator with everyone involved.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri is your go-to woman. This was my first time buying a house and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I'm our first initial call, Terri introduced herself and explained to me, in detail, how the process goes. She assisted me with finding a great lender and kept in touch. At every house viewing, she knew what to look for and knew me well enough to know what i would decline to look ataEUR" THATS the person you need. I knew how everything was going at each phase of the home buying process and I am now a homeowner at the age of 22, all because of Terri!

ZillowVERIFIED Good morning! Terri Johnson is the best agent ever! She was always available when I requested to see properties. She was always prompt and on time and was very mindful when it came to helping me cipher out any problems with the properties that we viewed. When it was time to closing on my property, she kept me informed and updated, so I would be on time with the different forms and paperwork that was requested of me, and was precise on explaining anything I could not understand, so that I did understand. I have worked with agents before, however, none like Terri Johnson. I would refer her to anyone in search of property, as she was exceptional, and an outstanding agent! She was amazing! Thanks Terri! I love my new home!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Terri. She was honest dependable and I was truly impressed by how knowledgeable she was. She was available at all time of the day by phone or in person. If I wasn't available to look at a house she would go without me going and take photos. If there was something not quite right with the house she would give her honest opinion. She wasn't trying to just sell a house she wanted you to get the best that you could.

ZillowVERIFIED Though I needed a commercial property, Terri was willing to refer me to a few commercial agents. She then contacted me throughout my process to make sure my agents were consistent and answering my questions. She made me feel as though my business was the most important to her, even if the benefits were going to someone else.

ZillowVERIFIED I enjoyed working with Terri! I found her to be extremely honest and trustworthy. She worked hard to get my property sold quickly at a great price. I loved her communication style. She listened to my expectations and concerns and worked with me to make good decisions. She offered suggestions but was not pushy. Terri always responded in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable about the marketplace and process. On several occasions she did extra research to find more information to answer questions and provide possible solutions. Overall, she did an excellent job!
