Make sure to ask questions, get a home inspection and if needed don't be scared to walk away from a deal. Your Realtor is experienced and knows a bad deal when we see one.

Please listen to your Realtor on the pricing of your home. It is awful to have Sellers want to price their home too high, then wonder why the house is not selling. After 6 or 7 months to loose the listing only to see the Seller lower the price to what I initially gave them with another agent. It was a waste of months by both me and the Seller.

I listed a property in 2016. It was a unique property that looked like a big red barn, with over 4000 sq.ft and 20 acres of land I knew it would take a while to sell. 10 months later the perfect buyer called me and we put the deal together. Working with the buyer and seller was a great experience.
