ZillowVERIFIED My Experience with Terri Hoffort was excellent. I was a first time home buyer which can be daunting. She was extremely professional and answered all my questions promptly. You could tell she really cared about my needs and was honest about the houses I was interested in. For example, she noticed some issues with the roof on a house we really liked and advised that it would need to be replaced in the next year or two due to a lot of hail damage. It was a safe and trusting relationship. Thanks Terri for all your assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri was very helpful throughout the whole home buying process. She was very flexible around our busy schedules to help us see the houses. She Facetimed with us when we couldn't be there in person to see home. We wanted to buy a duplex to have a rental property. She was very knowledgeable and gave us suggestions about how to price and update the properties to make them most marketable for renting. We really appreciated her hard work to help us find the perfect home for us.

ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute pleasure to work with Terri. Not only did she do a beautiful job staging our home, but she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. This was our first time selling a home -- we were nervous and asked a lot of questions, but she guided us through the process with expertise and made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Terri if you're looking for a good price on the sale of your home and are hesitant to start the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri is amazing! As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and were initially overwhelmed. Yet Terri answered our questions quickly, honestly, and helpfully. She really listened to what we wanted, and then she increasingly directed us to view homes that were excellent fits. Terri was easy to reach, and she was incredibly generous with her time in showing us homes -- which was doubly helpful in this fast housing market. We highly recommend Terri!

ZillowVERIFIED When the decision was made to put my lake front log home in the North Woods up for sale, a retired realtor recommended that I focus on the larger realty outfits, as they have more resources and the ability to reach the larger markets which smaller/local realtors do not have.Taking this good advice, I researched realtors in the Green Bay / Fox Valley region for the best of the best and came up with a list of three or four names. I contacted each of them and had very honest conversations about what I was wanting to do and what was needed to get started with the whole process. Terri Hoffort stood out amongst them all. Terri was very easy going, but extremely professional and knowledgeable about the luxury markets in my area. Prior to agreeing to list with Terri, she offered to do some research and come up with a game plan. Terri was very patient with me as I needed some time to make the transition of putting my home on the market. When that time came, she immediately went to work to help my wife and me get the home ready for sale. After her initial visit, Terri came back with her photographer and a carload of aEURoestagingaEUR? items for the home. She and my wife decorated and rearranged for the photo shoot. My home looked unbelievably beautiful and the photos for the web site and virtual tour were incredible. Terri also had my home listed in a very high-end luxury vacation home magazine which was distributed in the Chicago, Milwaukee, Fox Valley and Madison markets. We received a showing within a couple hours of the house being listed and several more showings in the first and second weeks. Then COVID 19 hit. Terri immediately set the home up with all the safeguards recommended and some guidelines for visitors. After the COVID situation started to calm down, showings started up again with quite a bit of interest. There were several questions and details that Terri had to research for potential buyers. She did the lions share of this work and always kept me informed and consulted me of what was going on and what was needed. Once an offer was accepted, Terri did a fantastic job of walking me through the closing process and made sure I understood all the paperwork. She kept everything simplified and in laymans terms.I have bought and sold several homes over my life and can honestly tell you that Terri was the most helpful, professional and hardest working realtor I have ever worked with. She is a shining star!

ZillowVERIFIED Terri was my realtor for moving over to the Appleton area and had a great knowledge of the housing market and what might be available for me. The best part is the house I choose wasn't even one that I found myself online, it actually was one she suggested to look at while we were at a different scheduled walk through!

ZillowVERIFIED It had been 15 years since we last purchased a house and Terri was very patient with us through the search process, making sure she was showing us houses that both met our criteria and were in our price range. Once we had an accepted offer she led us through the purchasing process step by step. We ran in to a few minor issues following our home inspection and she helped negotiate with the seller to a resolution that worked out great. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a professional, reliable real estate agent to call Terri NOW!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife Jan and I just loved working with Terri. She wasn't from our area but she took the time to fully acquaint herself with our needs and wants and researched what was available here so she could show us homes that were a good fit for us. She worked very hard to find us a home we would love. When we had questions, she got the answers. When we wanted to negotiate, she was very good and fair. She explained things very clearly so we could understand. She was so patient with us, and so friendly and easy to talk to, that she made our entire home buying experience very pleasant. And after finding us a nice new home, she made closing a breeze. She had everything perfectly prepared and accounted for. We are so happy with our new home. If we ever need to move again, Terri will be the first person we call. We absolutely would recommend Terri to anyone and everyone! Sean

ZillowVERIFIED I met Terri at an open house one day and we immediately clicked! Her personality is so calm and easy that you just can't help but feel that you are in good hands and that she is taking care of you and all your wants and needs. I told her what we were in the market for and she worked with us from start to finish. Once we found exactly the right house, she guided us through the process (we had never bought a house before) and made it all seem so easy. I strongly encourage anyone who is in the market for a new home to let Terri be the one who works with you. You won't be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Not long after relocating to Wisconsin my family and I met with Terri Hoffort to help us look for a new home. Her warm and friendly demeanor were very apparent as she welcomed us on our first tour of several area homes. Always making time to show us properties we want to see, and adding examples of listings she had found that meet our requirements, it is always a pleasure and an adventure to go house hunting with Terri. In short, Terri is always on our side, working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with her is that she is always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that meet our needs than she is on closing a deal. We would recommend Terri to anyone.
