ZillowVERIFIED Terri did a fantastic job for my wife and I. She listened to what we wanted/needed in a home and then went out and found great houses for us to look at. She went above and beyond negotiating for us to get us the house we fell in love with. We couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri was fantastic. We were looking to purchase a home in the Kalamazoo area and had a very limited timeframe to make it happen. We had been able to provide Terri with our wishlist and were not having luck finding a home - especially since the homes that we liked were pretty much gone before we could see them. Terri was able to take our wishes and make them come true in directing us to a brand new home which we love. It was the best decision and she was able to explain the entire process to us and work with the builder on our behalf at times. Her knowledge not just of the process, but also the surrounding areas was extremely helpful in selecting where we lived, especially since we were moving from out of town. Terri was extremely prompt in her responsiveness (even late on Sunday evenings) and always willing to answer any questions (we had plenty being first-time homebuyers). We highly recommend Terri for any purchase of a home and she will for sure be our agent going forward here in the Kalamazoo area. Thanks again, Terri!

ZillowVERIFIED Terri is a great realtor. We we're in search to buy a house out of state ( we are currently in California) and she was a tremendous help. She took time to FaceTime with us and showed us the properties and she went above and beyond to make sure we got the pre forclousur house. She was even present for our inspection day and even after we bought the house she took the Plummer to fix a problem. We can not thank her enough. I highly recommend her to anyone is looking to buy property in portage/ Michigan area.

ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing 3 agents from competing agencies we choose to work with Terri due to her demonstrated knowledge of the local market. Her advice as to prepping the property for review by potential buyers was spot on, as a result of Terri's involvement, the property sold after only 2 1/2 days on the market at a price acceptable to both parties. We highly recommend Terri as a partner in any Real Estate transaction that requires competent, professional assistance. Kudos Terri, Ron & Maggie

ZillowVERIFIED My friend randomly selected Terri to show me about 6 houses one day when I was not even planning to buy a house that year. Terri was courteous and helpful, and was from then on immediately available when I wanted to see a new listing. At the time, houses were being listed and offers accepted the same day. I was not in a position to out-bid other buyers, and had several disappointments. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time when I knew it was likely my offer would not be accepted, and said I would find the right home eventually.I did buy my perfect home, and 6 months later she is still actively working on my behalf to help get repairs completed to my satisfaction that had been a condition of the sale. I could not begin to say enough about what a wonderful asset she was for me in the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri went above and beyond to get my house sold for me! She literally delivered paperwork for me to save me from having to leave work. She is a very pleasant person to work with and kept me updated on every showing and every step to every process of getting the house sold. I was comfortable with her from the first time we met. ZillowVERIFIED Me & my wife decided to relocate from Texas to Michigan to be close to aging parents. After a couple of weeks of trying to find a realtor to help with the process of finding a home without having numerous unnecessary trips back and forth we spoke with Terri Feltner. We had spoke with probably half dozen other realtor that because we where not there in their face didn't seem to give us the time of day or take us seriously. Terri did more in 1 day than any other did in 2 weeks and more. Me and Terri worked together to line up 7 homes to look at. I drove from Texas to Michigan on a Friday. Spent Saturday looking at houses. Meet back up with Terri Sunday morning and made an offer on a house, and drove back to Texas. Terri handled every other process for us unroll it was necessary for us to have to make another trip back up 1100 miles. Terri went above and beyond to see that we got the best possible deal and that the seller did and took care of all his agreements. I would recommend Terri to all my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very happy with our experience with Terri. She worked hard to get our property seen, and her follow up was excellent. Our property was unique in the area that it is located, making it a bit of a tough sell. Terri never gave up and worked hard to get it sold! We are very happy with the final sale and recommend Terri wholeheartedly.

ZillowVERIFIED While beginning the process of purchasing our first home, Terri was very knowledgeable about where to begin, what type of loans were available for us (I didn't know there were different kinds!) and what steps were next to make it official! My husband and I had a million questions and no matter the time of day, she was always fast to answer. Terri provided us with things to think about when purchasing a home such as location, size, monthly payments, etc. and made sure we were happy every step of the way! We are so thankful to have such a wonderful person to help us with our first home purchase! Thank you Terri!!
