ReviewTerri Dixon is everything one looks from an excellent realtor. She is very patient(we needed all the patience we could get as first time home buyers and going through as many homes as possible), through , knowledgeable and professional in every respect of the real estate business. She helped us buy our first home and she also helped us sell the same home after eight years. We came back to her when it was time to sell because we knew Terri would go above and beyond and she did! We would definitely recommend her 100%.

Review Terri went above and beyond to help us sell our home! She was always on top of the next step, always easy to reach, and got back to us right away with any questions we had. She even brought over decorations, candles, etc for us to use during our showings and open houses! Terri had names and recommendations for anything we needed to do along the way with our house to get it ready to put on the market(painter, handyman, cleaners etc)...people who were able to get the job done quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. Everything down to the stager and photographer that Terri worked with to sell our house were professional, very nice & very helpful! We would highly recommend Terri and will work with her again when we decide to sell/buy again!

Review Terri is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She is always professional and attentive, walking me through every aspect of selling my home. She really does her homework with home pricing and staging, which I believe helped my home sell very quickly. I have already recommended her to others considering selling or buying homes in the area.

Review Terri just worked with us on the purchase of our first home and she was wonderful! She was honest without being pushy, she kept our process moving along quickly without making us feel rushed and I always felt as if she had our best interest, as buyers, at heart. She helped us stay calm during any unexpected delays and was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have. And in buying our first home, we had a lot of questions! On the morning of our close, we were hit with yet ANOTHER snowstorm and yet Terri was there, unfazed, helping us do our walk through before going to close! Terri kept the process as low stress as I can possibly imagine. We are now in the process of moving our family into our home! We are thrilled, our children are thrilled and we could not be more grateful for Terri and her help along the way! We cannot recommend her enough!

Review My husband and I have difficult schedules and she was always willing to work around them. She was kind and thorough. As first time homeowners, she was super helpful in holding our hand all the way through past the move, and not just with the 'purchase.' When we gave her our 'price' she said she could do better and she delivered! We will definitely use her again.

Review Terri was wonderful! She worked so hard for us and really watched out for us and our best interests. When the property we wanted came back on the market, Terri contacted us immediately, even though we were in Canada on a fishing trip. She got the deal done over the phone! Terri is thorough and professional with a keen eye for details.

Review As all of those stars indicate, Terri was great from start to finish. A stickler for detail, she had resources that helped with moving, storing, fixing, staging, and cleaning. Her careful research gave us confidence in aiming high on our price (successfully so), and she was communicative throughout the entire process. We had moved out of state by the time of our closing, and in our absence Terri was extremely helpful in addressing some last-minute details regarding our property.

Review Being a first time homebuyer, Terri made the process seem effortless. We worked together to find exactly what I was looking for and she was nothing but encouraging, guiding me step by step, making sure I was prepared and had the knowledge to commit to my new home. I was referred to Terri by a family friend and would have no hesitation to refer and recommend her!

Review Writing this review makes me want to express how fortunate (or blessed) I was to have Terri Dixon as my realtor. Working with Terri was fantastic all around, her attention to details, patience, knowledge, and flexibility with scheduling (due to my work schedule) made me feel that, aEURoeMy Best Interest was priority as I looked to purchase my home, relocating from Chicago. Again, I do feel fortunate to have been able to work with Terri in my home buying process and I will continue to pass along her information to family, friends, and colleagues. Best Regards, B. Walker

Review I would highly recommend Terri Dixon to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We recently sold our home and purchased another one. Terri was our Realtor for both transactions. I can't express enough how extremely helpful she was. Terri is very professional, knowledgeable and quick to be there for us in any way we needed her help. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. She positively made a smooth transition for us. We really appreciate her help and kindness. Tom and Connie C.

Review We are still working with Terri as we have yet to find our next home. That said, she has been very responsive to any questions we have as we go along. Working with her from afar, she has been great about making suggestions, getting appointments for showings set up, and follow through on garnering more information.

Review Terri was an awesome resource for us when buying our first home. We were picky and kept changing our search locations, but she stuck with us to the very end! She showed us house after house, worked with our busy schedules, and was very honest with us about potential problems in the houses we looked at. She was knowledgeable about the metro and outlying regions, and had lots of connections to other realtors, mortgage brokers, and inspectors to make sure we were getting the best service possible. When putting an offer in on our now house, she used her negotiating skills and made sure we fully understood every step of the process. We felt like we were in great hands with Terri and would recommend her to our friends, family, and even strangers!

Review We just relocated to the Minneapolis area- Terri was recommended to us by another colleague that had also relocated. She was awesome!!! First, she really knows the area- we looked from the city to the burbs since we are brand new to town. She really listened to us and paid close attention during each showing, so she could narrow in on what we wanted. We found a house in three days!! She did a phenomenal job with the negotiation- ensured we got a fair price and items fixed!! We love our new home and are so thankful that she was recommended to us!!

Review Terri was very responsive and thorough. She was very quick to find new listings when they became available and worked within her agency network to ensure that she had the most up to date and accurate information as we considered different neighborhoods/localities. Her counsel was very helpful between offer and closing and was a great advocate.

Review Terri was a phenomenal real estate agent! She was always quick to respond to my phone calls and texts. She knew what I was looking for in a home and always had my best interest in mind. Her schedule was always flexible and she worked with me to see as many houses as possible when I was available. She went above and beyond during the whole process, in my opinion. She was out of town in Madison, WI one weekend and I had seen a house I wanted to make an offer on. She worked with me while she was out of town to get the offer put together and submitted before the deadline. I was very thankful to be working with her because she made this process exciting and rewarding. I would definitely recommend Terri to anyone I know.
