ZillowVERIFIEDI have had the pleasure of working with Terri Brunner over the last nine months as I have searched for a new home. Throughout this search, Terri has exemplified the upmost professionalism, demonstrating superb communication, transaction skills, knowledge, and patience. Despite the current challenges in real estate in Utah, I found myself competing with multiple qualified buyers for my dream home. It was Terris negotiating skills and skilled formulation of a thorough and innovative contract that resulted in the successful acceptance of my offer. I am certain if I didnt have her in my corner, I would not have been successful in the acquisition of the home. Having not purchased a home for a number of decades, I was somewhat lost in the transaction process. Terris kindness, communication throughout the process, organization, and proactive character assured a very smooth and pleasant experience in an inherently stressful process.
