ZillowVERIFIEDTerri is the best real estate professional we've ever worked with. 1. Terri is responsive. She always calls back within 24 hours, most of the time, she calls back within the hour. When busy, she consistently acknowledged our calls with a text and time to talk. 2. She is an excellent consultant. When we first met Terri, she took time to listen to our priorities, our price range and the things we really had to have in a house. From the beginning, she was able to hone in on what we needed and made excellent recommendations.3. We were looking for a house across a wide geographic area. Terri traveled with us throughout the state, we looked at houses over a 150 mile area and she was there all the time. When we went on a three day long house hunting trip, Terri set up all the appointments, set realistic times for seeing the houses and adjusted as need be.4. Terri builds great relationships. We finally found the perfect home. However, it was initially priced above our range. The first time we made an offer, the owners did not even respond. Terri was able to win over the other team. She spoke with them and gained their respect. They had turned down the offer because they had another higher offer. When that first offer fell through, Terri was able to work with the sellers to convince them we were the right couple to buy their home. She did convince them! Eventually, they accepted our offer. 5. Our lender had a very rigorous process. It required our legal team to do a lot of re-work. As a result, the closing was delayed several times. The buyers were very antsy, tempers flared but Terri was able to keep the entire team on task and focused on closing as quickly and easily as possible. Because of the delay, the buyers twice threatened to cancel the deal. However, Terri was able to keep them onboard and under control.I am convinced, if we'd had any other real estate agent working with us, we would never have written a contract or closed the deal. Terri was able to help us find and buy the home of our dreams. She was great!If you're looking for a conscientious, highly skilled, persuasive real estate profession, Terri's the person you need to talk too.
