ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Terri in September 2017 after a year and half of being unsuccessful in finding a house with our previous realtor. Right from the first meeting Terri was professional and very knowledgeable, sharing information our previous realtor failed to provide. Not too soon after meeting with Terri we had the pleasure of meeting Jodi, and these two as a team could not be beat! Both were in constant communication with providing information on the properties we were looking at over the next six months. The one home we could see ourselves in came along and we were ready for the offer. From there, the work didn't stop, Terri and Jodi made sure we had all the right documents and information throughout the next steps in the process to get our offer accepted. After the offer was accepted, they guided us through the inspections and appraisals then kept us in the loop on the communications with the lender, title Company, and sellers. Finally, closing day came along with my wife going into labor 8 hours before closing. Terri and Jodi made sure we were comfortable with moving forward with the closing after our son was born and we were. They made us at ease worked their schedule to accommodate the final walk through at a later time, then we ended up signing the papers in the hospital and became homeowners! We can't thanks Terri and Jodi enough for all their hard work they did for us. You will not find a better team to work hard for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Terri was our second agent. We had to sell and move due to health issues. Our first agent had done very little other then some open houses, his internet photos were his own and poor. We started with our price way too high and had almost no activity for over a year. We chose Terri based on Zillow reviews and she made us get realistic on our price. She helped stage our furniture and had a professional photographer take excellent photos. We immediately had a huge increase in showings. While we were not happy with our final sales price, we were thrilled to get the job done in a crowded and depressed market. Terri was on top of the whole process and all the details and very responsive. Her associate, Jodi Mancuso, was very helpful and responsive. Out final buyer was picky and they both helped us get through the inspections and negotiations. We would completely and gladly recommend Terri and Jodi to anyone selling their home

Terri is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area and did multiple listing to give us greater opportunity to locate prospective buyers. They guided us through the realities of the value of the home so we were able to take a reasonable approach to any offers which materialized.Although the house was in Scranton, no family members live in the area. I called, met with Terri and Jodi Mancuso, and within 2 months our home was sold and the process complete. We had been looking for a home for over a year, actively over the past 6 months or so and were not happy with our current realtor so we were hesitant to try someone new. I contacted Terri after a family member praised her and I knew right from our first phone call things were going to be very different -- in a good way. We met with her in her office right after touring a house we loved. She was extremely forthcoming and informative, and answered all of our questions with ease. Ironically, we ended up making an offer on the home we toured earlier that same night and I'm happy to say we are living in that very home right now -- with a 30 day closing thanks to Terri (and Jodi)! We had been communicating with a Realtor already but our budget was low and we had the distinct impression he didn't want to help us. (By juggling a whole list of appointments on a SUNDAY afternoon without notice!) She was enthusiastic, gracious, kind, and VERY helpful! I tried to sell our house the year before but did not have a good experience with the realtor.We were still in an other state when I contracted Terri to put our house on the market. She priced our home, had a cleaning woman come in and they also "staged" our home.I felt confident in her care. Within two weeks of our house being on the market we got a buyer !Terri made it all so easy for us. She handled everything and we didnt need to come back to Pennsylvania until a few weeks before the closing to empty our house. We were only able to come to PA a few times so we had to make the most of our time seeing houses.On our first visit we didn't find a house we liked, but through the course of the day Terri got a good understanding of what we were looking for. On our second trip a few weeks later, Terri suggested we go through a house she had been through earlier with another client. The house was at the low end of our budget and not one we had considered. And there was another offer pending.
