Our family had a unique situation: we all lived out of town and needed to help my mother-in-law sell her home so she could downsize. From our very first meeting through the closing of the house, Terre was completely on top of every detail. My husband, his brother and I were only able to stay for a few weeks to get the house in order and move my mother-in-law into her new space. We were facing the overwhelming task of sorting through 50 years of accumulated belongings. Review Terre Coble is a pro as a Real Estate Professional. In selling my rental property, which I had owned for 11 years, I needed someone who understood not only the market, but the area in which my property was located. I interviewed three realtors all on the same day at the property which was ready to list. Each realtor was very qualified with Terre and one other realtor presenting comps and the same selling price at the interview session. However, Terre stood out based on her approach and the overall services she would provide in addition to her overriding values and moral compass.When I selected Terre at the end of the interview day, she began working immediately. After the open house we had 31 offers. By Monday afternoon, Terre had prepared a spreadsheet of the top three offers showing the net income I would receive on each offer along with the pros and cons of each offer. Her work made it easy to select the best offer for me. Terre Coble is a true professional in every sense of the word and I would definitely us her again.

We spoke to a few different realtors (some in person) and after a 15 minute phone call with Terre knew she was the person we wanted to go on this journey with. Review Thank God for Terre, the best sales helper in the best suburb in this best country in the world !Terre Coble showed me the property, and other properties, three times. She gladly assisted with my setting up for trash collection. She gladly helped me carry two heavy queen size box springs and a very heavy queen mattress. She bent over repeatedly to pickup branches and trash left by tenants. She informed me about town water and gas company services. She makes it her business to be informative and to share everything that she knows. Terre Coble has legal comprehension of all of the documents and she makes quick work of emailing them for easy signing. Her web site for home search is superior to others because the maps are easy to read and instantly expose the properties that I selected spec for. Other realtors have sites that make you guess how to search and they make you answer questions before you start.But, Terre's site is up to the minute. As I was signing for one property my other, more favorite property came down in price. I was immediately able to cancel the signing and I made a new offer on the place that I really wanted. I moved to the Metroplex from Waco, so I had limited time to go look at houses in between work and coming back and forth to the area, but Terre made a point to be available when I needed her to be. She got a sense for what type of house I was interested in after seeing just two properties and just a day later scheduled an afternoon blitz of seven houses to check out which is when I found the perfect house for me and my kids. On top of being great at her job, she is an absolute delight to be around. She has a great sense of humor and might be one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. On top of that, she is honest and patient despite my constant second guessing and requests for more information. I don't know that I could have had a better experience buying a home than the one with Terre. I will be recommending her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell in the area.

Review WOW, just where do we start with expressing our gratitude in meeting and working with Terre? She is incredibly organized, effecient, consistent, communicative and friendly.I was driving around town looking for homes that were being sold when I stumbled upon her number on a sign outside a property, and--of course--it was just taken off the market; however, Terrekindly asked if I needed assistance in house hunting without being overbearing.Terre immediately worked to set up in meeting me and my family/friends that were involved in the process, and she was so detailed in laying out the road map for us which really helped because we're inexperienced having little clue on the complexity of the process. And--above all--her energy was just so cheery and inviting, and she's not shy of hugs!She was wonderfully patient and always made sure to check on me and my listing suggestions, what I liked and didn't like, and regularily sent me property listings and notifictions. All in all, Terre showed me a total of 15 properties and made sure every time to list any and allnoticable issues or features of a property to make sure I made the BEST decision in the end. Terre is the kind of agent that is NOT looking to make a quick buck or two.No matter what your budget is or your time constraints, she understands and respects your wishes alongside her years long expertise. Of course, no property is absolutely perfect, but Terre assured me you just know in your gut if the home is the one for you and your family.And I can say with utmost certainty that we found our home for years to come.
