ZillowVERIFIED Terra is very knowledge about the Milwaukee housing market. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made suggestions of listings based on our needs and wants. She was always very quick to respond to any question or concern that we had theoughout the whole process and even after we had purchased the home. Terra still checks in with us even after a year of closing. I would highly recommend Terra if you are in the housing market.

She's willing to answer the many questions first time home buyers have which makes purchasing a home less stressful and a pleasant experience. I would recommend Terra to anyone because she's really good at what she does.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra is a professional! I was very specific in my needs which required several showings and Terra gave me the time and attention needed to find the perfect house for those needs. Terra's communication skills and knowledge of local real estate made the process very enjoyable. I always felt that I was her most important client. When you add to the above I was seeking a lower end property (smaller commission for her), Terra was never deterred from accomplishing the task at hand again making my needs feel like I was the most important priority on her schedule. I would highly recommend Terra as your personal real estate representative. Raymond Groth

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Terra for many years now while purchasing investment properties. Her overall knowledge of not only the real estate process, but the due diligence and resale (flip-ability) of investment properties has, to this day, amazed me. Additionally, Terra has a wealth of knowledge in the overall construction processes that are involved with flipping a house. I remember my first experience with Terra (mind you I have always had a bitter taste in my mouth for realtors). In my book, she did everything correct: gave me my space, didn't get pushy, and even incorporated her own experiences. She even took the showing to the level of providing a mini-inspection pointing out potential flaws from an investment perspective. Many of the realtors that I have used in the past don't honestly know the first thing about home ownership let alone rehabbing a house. My experiences with Terra even to this day have been very rewarding. She is always a text away and is truly a genuine realtor who is great at what she does. Best of luck in all your endeavors Terra...

ZillowVERIFIED Terra was instrumental in the successful sale of our home. She provided ideal advice on improvements pre-sale that maximized the sale price while advising us to not do other improvements we had been considering. Her advice on paint selection and staging were outstanding and effective in getting the home sold. She arranged for outstanding photographs that were used online and in the MLS. She was timely in posting the home for sale - we caught the market at the right time. Owing to her advice and actions we were able to sell our home for more than $20K over what he had been hoping to realize. Terra comes very highly recommended. Make sure you listen to her advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra was a wonderful find when we moved to the Milwaukee area! She spent the time to understand our needs and was dedicated to ensure we found the right home for our family. Her flexibility was phenomenal as she even took time with us during her "off" times because that fit better with our schedule. Her flexibility and passion to to ensure we got the home we wanted were instrumental in us finding the right home in the right area. We are extremely satisfied with the personal service we received from Terra and would most definitely recommend her to our family and friends if the need arises.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra did an amazing job helping us find our home, which in our situation was very uniquely challenging for her. We were not living in the area or even close, and had a very short time frame to work with due to a work required move. She was able to lock on numerous showings each day that we were able to make a trip to the area for showings, and our days were packed very busy but very fruitful. She helped us find what I can only imagine was possible one of the cleanest and well maintained home of its age you could ever find. The negotiations went great and we were homeowners faster than I would have ever thought, especially given the unique challenges we presented as buyers (sorry Terra, thanks for being there for us!!!!) Thank you so much for your knowledge, hard work and research, and especially for dealing with some out of towners! Highly recommended!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Terra was our third agent, the first two got fired for wasting my time. Our experience with Terra was great we purchased our first house. Anytime we had question, needed update the communication was prompt. She is using phone, text messaging, and email. She did take in consideration our schedule (I was working NIGHT shift) so when I was sleeping she would send email or text and so on. Excellent agent VA friendly and USAA movers approved, that's how we found her. Thanks you Terra.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra and her team are top notch real estate professionals. Terra took me through the whole buying process and made a possibly stressfull time simple and easy. Even though the house was entering into foreclosure with multiple parties involved, Terra was able to get the best terms through a difficult process on a very tight schedule. I enthusiastically recommend Terra for anyone entering the market.

ZillowVERIFIED We happened to stumble upon Terra while casually looking at houses. We had been in contact with several other listing agents prior to meeting Terra, but there was no turning back. As hesitant buyers, Terra was willing to give us the time we needed prior to making a commitment, and stuck with us until we were ready. We utilized Terra as the buying agent for our first home. We always felt that she was 100% honest with us and never felt pressured when viewing a home. She made the home buying process easy and stress-free for us. We wholeheartedly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very knowledgable. Our very first meeting she spoke with us regarding our home preferences, she customized home searches specifically for us. Terra was always on time and spent many months searching for the perfect home for us. She made the home buying process as minimally stressful as possible. It was our first time buying a house and she answered all of my MANY questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra did a wonderful job getting us our perfect house. We went through a lot of houses. We settled on a foreclosure. Paperwork was not a problem. Dealing with the bank who owned the house was not a problem for her either. I would use Terra time and time again.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra helped us purchase our first home nearly three years ago. She was our second agent, and she definitely had our back. She was honest and frank - I knew I would get straight answers with any and all questions. Never did she treat us like rookies. She respected our tastes and showed us great properties within our budget. When it came time to submit our offer (and ultimately counteroffer against other bidders), she gave sound advice and made it feel like a partnership, not simply a "service". We only needed to put an offer on one house - it is now our home. She was patient through our lengthy ordeal with our VA home loan, and worked with the sellers to extend our contract TWICE. We recommend her 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time home buyers, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She showed me over 15-20 different houses, She never rushed me into a decision. She always explained all details and was extremely patience, knowledgeable and business like. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. She always seemed concerned with our wants and not her profits. She even went the extra mile to direct us to learn about the neighborhoods we were considering, and reminded us how important it was to ask questions. I think she excels at informing her clients with everything they need to make an educated decision before their purchase. We have been in our home almost two years and we still get updates on property values and sales in our area. Thank You Terra for a wonderful experience.... Sincerely Saldana Family
