ZillowVERIFIED Terra is truly incredible! As first time home buyers we were able to look at six different homes and get the perfect one for our family. I would never use another realtor or team. She handled everything perfectly.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra did a great job helping me close on a house. I couldnt have done it without her. She was very good with negotiating the house price and communicated well between me and the sellers. She always responded fast when I had a question and was willing to help whenever I needed answers. I would recommend Terra to anyone looking to buy or sell a house as it can be a very stressful experience if you dont know what you are doing. Thank so much!

ZillowVERIFIED Terra is an excellent real estate agent that has assisted us with both buying a home and selling a home. She is very responsive, knowledgable, and patient. She goes above and beyond for her clients (like coming to take our dogs out during a showing while my wife and I were at work) and she has always tried to the process as easy as possible for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Terra was phenomenal in helping us sell our home and purchase our new home in early fall of 2022! She was prompt to respond to our MANY questions, didn't make us feel crazy (even when I know we were), took the time to explain how the home selling / buying process works when we weren't sure and went above and beyond to make sure that our house was ready to sell and reasonably priced! She moves QUICKLY and does not dilly dally. She is super knowledgeable about the current market and if she comes across something she is unfamiliar with, she has an amazing network and works diligently to find the right solution in a timely manner. She is also very transparent but kind - which will only set you up for success in the long run. We loved working with Terra and will for sure use her in the future - and I have already recommended her to friends and family as a trusted realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I would give her six stars if I could. I vetted reviews carefully to find the right realtor to sell my house and I'm so glad I asked Terra and her team. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and works tirelessly for her clients. If I were to sell another house, Id definitely ask her again! It was such a smooth experience. Thank you so much, Terra!

ZillowVERIFIED Terra was a pleasure to work with during our land search. We found a piece of property that we loved but had a legal issue and she worked tirelessly with the seller and his agent to rectify the issue. We were able to go under contract right on schedule. She's a dedicated professional that listens to her client's needs and wishes. I'd definitely use her again!
