ZillowVERIFIED Teri was quick to respond to any of our questions at almost any hour of the day. She helped see all the small details a new home buyer wouldn't think to look for and kept the whole process seamless.I always felt like she was supportive and helpful. She was also a very calming presence in a crazy marketplace right now. I can't imagine having this process going so well without Teri's help and would recommend her to ANYONE in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri helped us find our perfect house!! This market has been crazy but she expertly navigated us through the process and we are in our home quicker than we could have ever thought. She was great at communication and delivered information quickly, sometime before our lender. She is a great negotiator and her understanding and knowledge of the process got us our house. She was always positive and never hesitated to assist us. She always treated us as if we were her number one priority. Our experience with her was wonderful! I highly recommend her for buying (or selling) your house.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri was absolutely amazing during the process of selling of my home. She had a very strategic method to get the house on the market and get offers in quickly. Throughout the whole process, Teri was very informative, kept an open line of communication, as well as offered a ton of advice. She knows the area very well and works night and day for you. We had a unique situation when a massive storm caused major damage to my house just days before closing. She worked tirelessly to get the situation under control, get everyone on the same page between all parties, and we were still able to get the house sold in a reasonable time! Teri has gone well above and beyond the call-of-duty for me and my situation! Judging by other reviews she has done the same for others. Not once did I feel neglected or left out of conversation. Communication is a major key when it comes to selling (or buying for that matter) a home, and Teri was very, very good at communicating. Highly, highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Teri knows her stuff, she knows Norman, and shes a great realtor to have in your corner. Weve used her three times - to buy a house 15 years ago, to sell a rent house, and then to eventually sell the house we originally bought. Shes always professional and an excellent guide through the real estate process.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri has helped me buy both houses Ive owned in the OKC metro, and I wouldnt think of using anyone else. She is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of Jones, Arcadia, Edmond, Luther, and Choctaw. Our last situation was difficult - we were moving back from out of state, had minimal time to look at properties, and had to do a lot without being in town. Teri made things so much easier on us, and went WAY, WAY above and beyond to help accommodate our schedule and circumstance. Would strongly recommend Teri to anybody!

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome! Awesome!! Awesome!!! We highly recommend Teri. We were looking at relocating from Texas to Oklahoma and had no clue where we wanted to be. After reaching out to several realtors, Teri was the only realtor who was willing to show us homes even though we had not sold our home at the time. We simply needed someone to give us a little bit of their time to allow us to see where we needed to start. Our visits to Oklahoma were limited and when we were able to look at homes the days were booked with many houses to view. Teri provided us with an agenda and maps for each day. She was also able to give us information about schools and golf courses, as we have two boys who love to play golf. Teri stuck with us through our entire experience. When we finally found the house we wanted to call HOME, she helped us through the inspections with going as far as scheduling the appointments and even being there when we could and could not be there. She had our best interest every step of the way I can not begin to really put into words how awesome it was to have her by our side. If you are looking for this type of realtor...look no further. Teri IS the one for you!

I would not hesitate to refer her to a friend and I will use her again if we buy or sell in Norman in the future. She even followed up to see how our daughter was settling in to her new place and wanted to see the pictures of the renovations we had told her we planned. ZillowVERIFIED We HIGHLY recommend Teri Reed! We wanted a home with a workshop within a 25 mile radius of Norman. We looked at 20+ homes and Teri was always very patient with us. She always arranged her schedule to show us the homes we wanted. Sometimes we had to drive over an hour to the next showing but she never minded. She arrived early and knew everything about the home she was showing us. She took time with each home showing, pointed out the pros and cons and never hurried us thru the showing. She wanted to help us find our dream home; not just make a sale for herself. She touched our hearts when we made an offer but was competing with other offers on a home we wanted. She wrote a letter to the sellers about us so the sellers would know who was wanting to purchase their home. This meant the world to us and Teri will forever be a friend to us. She worked diligently with the sellers agent and with our bank to get our deal completed. We had a great experience with Teri and will miss getting to see her every week! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE TERI REED!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were very selective with our house selection and Teri was very patient with us. She was also very honest with us with regard to the houses we inquired about. During the first few showings she asked a lot of questions regarding what we liked and what we wanted. After finding out what we wanted, she would directly contact us and let us know there was one that she thought we might like. She was never pushy; was always helpful, and extremely patient with our 6 month selective process. We have no complaints whatsoever regarding her service and ability. When we finally found the house we wanted, she worked continuously with the sellers agent to get the deal completed. She was always flexible and would rearrange her schedule for us. She was very personable and sincerely cared about us getting a house we could be happy with; it was evident from the very beginning that she was concerned with us being happy and not just making a sale. We cannot say enough good about her; she made the experience as good as it could be.

ZillowVERIFIED We were living out of state when we decided to move to Oklahoma. Teri sent information and was always available for questions as we prepared for our search. We drove in to Oklahoma with 3 days to find a home. Otherwise we'd be renting and moving twice, so it was pretty intense. Teri spent the whole 3 days with us and showed great patience as my husband and I had different ideas of the perfect house and what we were willing to compromise on. She showed us every house that caught our eye and when we ran out of those she spent the evening coming up with more possibilities. We found our house and while we finished out things in New Mexico, Teri handled all the inspections and other details for us in Oklahoma. Teri went above and beyond. We're in our house now and very happy!

ZillowVERIFIED Teri worked very hard to help us find a property that suited our needs. She not only took ample time to show any property that we were interested in, but also searched for other properties that fit our description of what we were looking for. Many times, Teri had already checked on the property to give us more of an idea for whether or not it would meet our expectations. Once we selected a property, Teri worked to help up with the offer phase of the purchase and provided excellent, knowledgeable advice for our next step in the process. Any time we had a question, Teri was very prompt to respond and worked to provide accurate answers on a timely basis.
