ZillowVERIFIEDMy siblings and I listed my moms house with Teri in November 2015. It was an extremely good experience for us. She walked us through every aspect of the process and I could not have ask for a better realtorseller experience Our moms house sold in 3 wks. I will recomend her to anyone. And definitely use her again if needed. Thanks Teri for everything. You made the process for us less difficult. Karen Yarbro
ZillowVERIFIEDI was looking to relocate my family back in 2006. During my search for a knowledgeable and well respected real estate agent, I stumbled across Teri Maxwell. Upon our first meeting with Teri I knew she was the agent I needed and could trust to work hard for my familys best interest. Boy did I find the diamond! At the drop of a call, she was eager and willing to show me any property I was requesting. Being the hustling agent she was, she made our experience almost effortless and enjoyable. Teri is extremely well rounded in the industry and marketed areas. She also utilizes all available technologies to get your property sold or bought. With that being said, after seven long years my family had grown and we were ready to relocate again and start building our dream home. I was so impressed the job Teri did the first go round I looked her up again because I wanted the best agent on my sale. She accepted the agreement to resale the home we purchased from her 7 years prior. As I always remembered, she was still a go-getr and moved my house in under 2 months. I'm so thankful to have met this lovely person; shes helped make my families dreams come true. You wont be disappointed in her abilities and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a down home, friendly agent whose best interest will be in you.
