ZillowVERIFIED TereZa was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of helping me find the perfect home for my elderly mother. My mom had very specific requests, a particular taste, and definitely knew what she wantedaEUR"and TereZa was patient, understanding, and determined to find the right fit for her. Buying a home can be stressful, and I definitely had my moments of frustration along the way! TereZa somehow managed to deal with all of it with patience, professionalism, and a great sense of humor. She went above and beyond to make sure everything came together right through the very end. What started as a realtor-client relationship quickly turned into a friendship. TereZa is not only incredibly good at what she does, but she is genuinely a great person and so much fun to be around! I couldnt be more grateful for everything she did for my mom and our family. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I did not know Tereza before this transaction. She contacted us as soon as we inquired about a property through Zillow for a tour. We were uneasy about the home-buying process as this was our first time. We were more nervous about the prospect of our agent being a stranger. But our experience with Tereza was nothing short of seamless. We could not be happier with her representation. She is a true professional and handled every aspect of our experience with care, urgency, respect, and diligence. Tereza also built a world-class team to aid us through the process. She connected us with our home inspector, lender, attorney, and title company--all of whom were likewise consummate professionals. The entire process from showing to close was swift and proceeded without delay. Tereza kept in contact with us on a near-daily basis, pointing us in the right direction each step of the way. Above all else, she is a kind person. She is a true "top 1%" agent. I would recommend her to any first-time home buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Tereza is great. She did a great job and has everything needed to successfully close the deal - expertise, professionalism, patience, and of course luck! She knows when to bargain and when to hold on and just give a buyer time to give up and agree to the offer. It is rare now to negotiate a price without having to pay any additional amount above the listed price!!! Thank you again for everything!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tereza was truly everything that I needed in a realtor. In the current market and at the Jersey shore, all desirable houses were under contract before I could even set up a showing or get a response from other realtors. Tereza was aggressive with finding homes and setting up viewings for me. She got her foot in the door with every property I wanted to view. She was also extremely knowledgeable about every step of this process. While aggressive in her search, she was patient and gentle in guiding me as this is the biggest decision I have made to date. She even had a loan officer that set up my paperwork and documents before we ever officially applied making the entire process simple from start to finish. I do not think I would have been successful on this journey had I not met her. I could not give her a higher recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED This is already the second time in the last 3 years that our family has used TereZa's expertise as a highly professional real estate agent. Earlier, when the market was not so hot, TereZa helped us to sell our house being involved in every aspect of preparing the house for sale - and we got a high, above-listed offer in less than a week! Our situation changed during the last couple years, and we decided to return to New Jersey. We were in Florida, and TereZa provided us with video-tours for every house we considered. Her detailed analysis of each property helped us to make the best choice. After that, TereZa's advice on bidding tactics allowed us to buy this house despite many offers from others. Thank you, TereZa ! We are always glad to recommend TereZa as a top real estate agent !

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Brooklyn to New Jersey in 2023 and Tereza was highly recommended to us. As our agent Tereza made the transition absolutely amazing and smooth. We didnt know any areas in New Jersey and Tereza showed us different options, navigated us trough multiple locations until we found our perfect Home. We had no idea how important is to have an agent who can represent us and negotiate for us to Win us the house. Tereza guided us trough getting pre-aproved, multiple offer bidding war, attorney review, inspection, appraisal, clear to close and finally closing. Needless to say even after closing Tereza was very helpful in all other aspects like helping with school info for our kids, doctors and activities in the area. To anyone who asks now I recommend Tereza!

ZillowVERIFIED Tereza was truly remarkable to work with. From when she first came to our family home, she showed a great interest in the house, and outlined her selling process very clearly. She was with us for every step of the way, and understood how daunting it was for us to go through this process. Tereza was very good at scheduling all the different components such as the photographer, videographer, and any showings. She kept us informed after every step. She worked around our viewing schedule, and was present for all the showings herself, which gave us a great sense of comfort. In the middle of our house being on the market, we had a death in the family. Tereza was a great support for our family, and gave us the time we needed to pause with the showings so that we could have the celebration of life event at home. She was so kind to check in on us and help us with some items for the event. I don?t think there are words to truly describe how Tereza helped us get through this time, and took the stress of the sale of the house under her wing. She is a team player and a go-getter. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to Tereza to help us find a house for my parents who wanted to move from Philadelphia to NJ, closer to my family. This is a non-trivial task considering the market in 2021 and parents were not really sure what they are looking for exactly. Location was undetermined either. Limited budget and quiet community (non-adult) were the main factors. We had to see tons of houses in different townships before my parents understood what they really want. I must admit all this time Tereza was very patient with us, despite multiple changes in directionspreferences, and even when we ask her to cancel the offer we gave earlier at the very last moment. Once we finally found what we really like, Tereza played a major role, convincing the sellers to choose us, even though our bid was not the highest. Great communication and presentation skills! She also helped to settle couple unpleasant issues we found in the house before closing. All in all, we are happy we met Tereza and thankful she guided us through the whole process, providing honest advices and useful recommendations. I can definitely recommend her as a great real estate professional.
