We had known the Chellino and Francis families for many years and had become friends along the way. We hung out together at baseball tournaments of our sons or had their daughter over for swimming in our pool. At first, we questioned whether it was the right choice to hire close friends into a professional relationship where so much money was at stake. But we quickly realized that they are as professional as it gets. From our very first meeting, in which they introduced the process to us and helped us prepare for selling our home, to defining the asking price, creating a beautiful professional exposA(C), facilitating open houses and showings, reviewing and responding to offers and negotiating and closing the deal they excelled. We knew it was a temporary move, and we would transition out of state for retirement. We hired Ralph to sell our home in August of 2020, and we were extremely pleased with Ralph's service. His daughter (Teressa) hosted open houses with Ralph and they both marketed our home to a local and global community. We had heavy foot traffic for every open house due to their diligent marketing.
