Teresa was so helpful and patient with us during this process. We are first time homeowners and we had an idea of what to expect but Teresa was extremely informative and helped us prepare for each step of the process. She was attentive and responsive even when she was on vacation with her family. She never missed a call! Highly recommend Teresa.

Working with Teresa was a true pleasure and a blessing. She worked so hard in making sure my place was marketed properly to ensure it reached the perfect buyers. She even fought hard for me during the negotiations to ensure both myself and the buyers got a fair deal during the closing process. I highly recommend hiring Teresa as your next agent. She is the best in the business and is super sweet and very professional. Thank you Teresa for being my agent and I definitely want to work with you again on my next potential home purchase. I hope 2025 will be a marvelous year for you.

Teresa was an exceptional advocate. She was sensitive to our likes and dislikes as we moved through the search process and kept us in our price point. There were several issues that arose during and after the inspection that she remained engaged in to find resolution. We looked to her for advice throughout and she provided good ideas always. Now Teresa is more than our agent, but also a friend!

Teresa was our listing agent and went above and beyond to stage our house to optimize photos and attractiveness for the future buyer. She even purchased home accessories to enhance the rooms (including curtains that our buyers loved). She communicated with us frequently throughout the entire process, providing feedback after the open house and showings, which enabled us to continue to make small improvements to enhance the home. We were impressed with how she advocated for us during the contract negotiation phase to make sure it was a win/win situation. Teresa is a cheerful, positive and overall pleasant person to work with, and we are so thankful that she was our agent. If we hadn't moved out of state, we would have asked her to help us buy our next home. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or buy a house!

I have used Teresa's services to both buy and sell my home in middle TN. Teresa is not only an incredibly knowledgeable real estate agent, but she is an amazing person too. She is trustworthy, so very kind, and professional. When we built a house, she brought up details during the selection process that would have never crossed our mind otherwise. When we sold our house, she staged the home so beautifully and we were off market with multiple potential buyers within 1 day! I have worked with agents in several cities, but Teresa is truly a gem! We have been so grateful for her guidance over the years!

Teresa was a terrific find for us, and was a blessing throughout our buying/selling process. She's super kind; has great taste; and went above and beyond in helping us stage our home for sale. We were able to purchase a home and then sell ours for quite a bit more than we anticipated, thanks in large part to Teresa's expertise and advice. I'm confident that if you need a realtor, you won't find one more attentive than Teresa. We highly recommend her.

Teresa was the ultimate professional for us in purchasing a home out-of-state. She listened and listened and learned who were are and then worked to help tirelessly to help us find the right home. Teresa communicated and then checked to clarify we understood each step of the process. She learned about neighborhoods, area businesses and the stability of the market in each place we considered. She Zoomed with us on several properties when we couldn't travel to see them. She became our eyes and ears to learn much more than the physical property. Teresa worked in depth to make sure there were no surprises for us. She is trustworthy, friendly professional that you can rely on as your real estate agent. We highly recommend her!!

Teresa was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and above all professional, without sacrificing the personal touch. She adeptly helped us resolve a couple of issues with the buyers to everyone's satisfaction. I can truly say that both my wife and I were left with the distinct impression that Teresa was more concerned about our best interest than hurrying to close a deal! We would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Teresa did an outstanding job helping us find a house in Nashville and selling our house when we moved a few years later. She was responsive and helpful in the search process and helped us to find the perfect home for our family. She then did an amazing job with our listing. She is not only a real estate professional but also brings her design experience to the staging and positioning of the house for market. We listed at the right price and sold within 24 hours!! I would highly recommend Teresa as your buyer or listing agent.

Selling a house can be a stressful experience. However, Teresa made the experience easy to understand and kept me informed every step of the process. Anytime an issue arose Teresa was able to provide me and my family with the best course of action. My family and I live out of state so this added to the complication of selling our house. Teresa was great on keeping us up to date on repairs and marketing of the house. She was tireless in the pursuit of selling our home and did so very quickly.
