Teresa Van Dyke

Realtor-Team Lead with Realty One Group and founder/principal of Van Dyke Home Group. I started my career in real estate in 2018 and since then became the number 2 seller in my office of over 20 agents during my first full year as a realtor, closing on more than 20 properties.

After 25 years in the health insurance industry, I moved to the Spokane area in 2016 with my husband, Kees, and son, Kaden, to be closer to their extended family. It is here in Spokane where I found my love for real estate and discovered a love and talent for helping families find the perfect home.

I also have two adult sons, Justin (28) and Jeremy (24) living in Southern California as well as a beautiful granddaughter, Dottie, who turned 1 year old in April 2020. I love to garden, hike, watch movies with the family, and play with my German Shepherd, Bailey. I also have pet chickens that I rarely spend time playing with because they don't come when I call them.
