We have a GORGEOUS lake with over 692 miles of shoreline. I live on Lake Lanier and have been selling lake property for the past 20 years and LOVE what I do. It is amazing how many people buy a weekender and then end up moving to the lake full time. We have many clients who have not moved up to the lake but ooze up to the lake! They start with Friday and Saturday night...before they know it, they spend Sunday night as well and leave early on Monday morning. Very soon, Thursday night become part of the weekend as well. We have a much slower lifestyle out here at the lake yet are close to major shopping, restaurants and tons of water activities. Michele is a great agent who has much knowledge on buying a lake house. We have very busy jobs where it is difficult to keep up with deadlines, inspection scheduling, etc. Michele was there to guide us through the process and had many connections with different workers such as inspector, lender, plumbers etc who could come in short notice to ensure the house is in good standing.

Michele helped us 4 years ago, to find a home when we moved to Georgia. Recently we decided to move again and had no hesitation in calling Michele for assistance both with selling our current home and finding a new home.
