ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is very knowledgeable about real estate and the market. She always goes above and beyond in her customer service. When the sale of my home fell through, she took time while on vacation to re-list my house and go through multiple offers with me. I will definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a home from another state. Teresa guided me through the looking process with the help of my daughter by taking tours/walk throughs online. She was very helpful with home inspections and things that may need to be done. I love that she was so patient and understanding until I found the right home for me all done from my original state. I believe I made a friend - thanks Teresa!

ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars is not nearly enough to express how satisfied we were with Teresa as our Realtor. She was very attentive, made herself available both day and night and worked with our busy schedules to do multiple showings. We highly recommend her and will be using her services again in the future. Thank you so much for finding us our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is an excellent agent. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable and resourceful. This is the second house she has sold for us and we couldn?t be happier with her work. One of the most important qualities in addition to those listed above is trustworthiness. I couldn?t list my house with someone I didn?t trust. I am confident that you will be pleased with Teresa as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was wonderful and very, very patient with my wife and I. She always made time for us even though we were not buying that ?million? dollar house. She helped with other issues someone would face moving across the country; such as: turning on utilities, getting registration and drivers licenses and were to get the best deals on furniture and flooring. We would recommend Teresa to anyone moving to Chattanooga or surrounding area!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish Teresa was there every step of the way. From the text I sent at 12:30am to the 20 text throughout the day, she always responded in a timely manner and never said I dont know. Teresa is very knowledgeable and uses her resources when needed. She is Hands down the best and if you want someone who has your family?s best interest at heart then you have found the right person. I know several realtors and I will not use anyone but Teresa.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience working with Teresa in buying our home! I am the type of person who stresses over the little things but she was extremely patient with us and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. She addressed any and all questions or concerns we had no matter how minimal it was. Her knowledge of the market and the home buying process made this such an easy process for us that I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new place or selling their home. Because of Teresa we are now living in our dream home and cant thank her enough. Make sure to have her as your agent and I can promise, you wont be disappointed

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold MANY homes over the years. Without reservation we can say that Teresa Scheiwe is the most professional realtor we have ever worked with. Her marketing skills are the absolute best. When selling your home problems can arise , as did in our case, but she efficiently and effectively solved the problems and kept us on track for scheduled closing. She also had a buyer for our home in a matter of days, again thanks to her top-notch marketing ability. We highly recommend Teresa whether you are buying or selling. Give Teresa a call !!!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa took time out of her busy schedule to show us homes that worked for our family. I cannot speak more highly of any other realtor than I can of Teresa. She is incredible. We moved our family of 6 to a different state, and she took the anxiety out of the home buying process. She is incredibly knowledgeable on many things families are seeking: school zones, school ratings, great neighborhoods for families, if the house is under or overpriced, and SHE LISTENED. She knew what I was looking for, so she did not waste our time showing homes that would not work for our family. She made us feel as if we were her only clients because we received so much of her attention. We have used three realtors and none of them compare to Teresa. I MORE than recommend her! As long as shes in the business, well be using her!

ZillowVERIFIED From the first day that I listed my home with Teresa, she was extremely diligent in putting my home out there on the market, and in keeping me posted on every step along the way. Always asking what I wished to do regarding every decision, she was steadfast in her guidance and knowledge which has made my transition from home seller to new home buyer as seemless as possible. She accomplished both the sell and the purchase flawlessly, without incident, and all this within the space of one week. I found her to be extremely personable and knowledge, not always an easy combination to find. Would definitely recommend Teresa if you are looking to sell, purchase, or both; as I did. Couldn't be happier....

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found Teresa while we were starting our first house hunt. Neither of us really knew what we were doing, but we lucked out because Teresa has been perfect. She was willing to show us any house that we were interested in and helped us every step of the way. There is no doubt that she had our best interest in mind. Teresa is just the best.
