ZillowVERIFIED I remember the first time I called Teresa... 11 years ago.I was one of those people who did not have a lot of money or experience and thought I could not afford a realtor.she embraced me and helped me find the perfect house!...Life happened, many changes, but one thing has not changed "MY REALTOR"She is great! and her Team is top of the line.Funny enough now I am in the Real Estate business as an Investor and I believe a big part of our success is having the Sartin Team in our corner.Thank you Teresa and the Sartin Team for helping us know what our dreams look like when they become true!

Her knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the real estate market made me feel very confident throughout the entire process of selling my home in The Woodlands. She always took the time - even when she was on vacation! - to answer any questions or explain anything I may have been unclear about. The entire process went smoothly from beginning to end. ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing several agents to help list and sell our property, we were fortunate to have followed up on a neighbors referral that led us to Teresa Sartin and team. They quickly established themselves as the local experts and built our trust in their capability from the very beginning. Sartin Realty offers several complimentary value-add services that put them ahead of the competition. They helped us get max value from our home sale with the least investment. Their agents hosted several open house showings which helped lead us to a fast sale. Their communication and negotiations with the buyers were everything we hoped for. I will certainly refer the Sartin Team to my friends and family that are looking for the best qualified real estate agents in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa Sartin is by far the best of the best. We couldnt have had a better experience with any other realtor. She made selling our home such smooth and easy process. She is so knowledgeable and her passion for this industry showed every time we talked with her. I think what really sets her apart from others is that she was available to us 24/7. Day or night she would take our calls, answer emails, texts etc. And with her dedication to us and our home we were off the market within 11 days!! We are so thankful for Teresa and would highly recommend her to anyone ready to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa and her staff were an absolute blessing to work with while selling our home. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. She made sure that we had a professional home stagger come through and set up our home to be seen in the best light, as well as professional photographer to take amazing photos. Those photos, the right price listing and the advertisement that she provided, allowed us to have an offer on our home in less than a week. If you are looking for someone who cares about you and your family. Then look no further, Teresa and The Sartin team are for you.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Teresa through a friend and what a great experience it has been. Through the sale of my home and the purchase of the next it was swift and smooth on all points. Her team is also as she is, very attentive and quick to answer questions by email and text. The marketing was beautiful and caused the house to sell very quickly. 2014 and again in 2016. There will be another move and I will be calling again!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Kim Kindred who is on the Sartin team and she was amazing! We had quite the experience selling and buying a home during Harvey, tough negotiations, getting out of contracts when the houses proved undesirable. She was there every step o the way and fought for our best interests at all times while still allowing us to make our own decisions. i would highly recommend Kim Kindred to anyone!!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa and her team did an outstanding job. Teresa had great insight into the Woodlands housing market which allowed us to price the house correctly and ultimately sell quickly. Her team did a good jog with the marketing materials and marketing the house. Teresas patience and experience was key in getting a difficult transaction closed.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first house sale and they walked me through what to expect and what I could do to help my house sell faster and for more money. She had a team of people helping me, including an interior designer who helped me stage the house and a professional photographer who took pictures for our listing. Also, their system for setting up appointments ensured that I always knew what was going on and when to expect people at my house. I would very highly recommend Teresa and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure to work with Kim, who is part of the Sartin Team. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us find a home with all of the things that we wanted and needed! She made us feel we were important to her and she communicated promptly, always explaining the processes, forms and jargon for first time home buyers in a non complicated way.We will definitely return and use Kim for future home buying and selling. She made this potentially stressful and nerve wracking experience fun, exciting, and hopeful. We would definitely recommend using Teresa Sartin and team for real estate needs and services.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was very knowledgeable, she was there to answer any questions. She took care of everything at closing. Which made closing stress free. Teresa helped us find people with the few repairs we needed to do. Such as painters and other repairman. Teresa helped us know how to best show our home. What to have in the home and what not to. Such as we had blinds and drapes. The blinds were new the drapes were old fashioned. She suggested we only have the blinds up. She list our home on many sites. We had an open house a few times. Teresa told other agents about our home and had an open house for agents to see our home so they might want to show it to their clients. Teresa has a personal touch. I now consider her a friend not just my agent.

ZillowVERIFIED When my father was diagnosed with brain cancer back in 2007 and given 14 months to live, he wanted to see me, his daughter buy her own home as a strong woman before he died. My stepmother found my home online (har.com) and Teresa Sartin was my realtor. This was a really emotional and tough time for me back then as my father was my everything plus buying a house can feel a bit overwhelming. All I can say is Teresa was wonderful, she felt like family and was extremely helpful by my side with the whole process. Not only is she a sharp woman and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry but she is kind and caring to your needs too. I have nothing but great memories back then as it has been 8 years+ and we still keep in touch. I HIGHLY recommend Teresa as your realtor and feel 100% confident you will LOVE her.

ZillowVERIFIED My house was listed on 6/30 at a suggested reasonable price, with professional pictures to showcase the entire house inside and out. Without the Sartin Team I would not have had an offer within 72 hours of listing it and closed on 8/5! This was my first experience selling a house and I was blessed to have done that with the Sartin Team! Thank you Teresa, Kim, Stephanie and Samantha!! I will be in touch to purchase my next home :-)

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa and Kim:I didn't want any more time to go by without writing to say THANK YOU for helping my sisters and I sell my mom's house on Glen Loch. While life events like this are never easy, your team did an excellent job. You found me some good painters and carpet people, you worked wonders with the inspection and really came through on the appraisal. You didn't bug me every week about lowering the price and you ultimately got us top dollar. Those dollars will go a long way in paying for Mom's long term care.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa and her team have been excellent to work with. Both Teresa, Joe and Kim have been remarkable in helping to facilitate both the sale of my home in Conroe, TX (sold 1st day on the market) and the purchase of my new home in Anderson, TX. All emails and calls are promptly answered or returned no matter the time of the day or the day of the week. They have been great in staying on top of items as they come up and have given me great advice. I am also currently in the process of selling a home in Oregon. Joe has even helped me with advice in my decision of that property, too! Great teamwork from the Sartin team! Thank you!
