Teresa Rens epitomizes integrity, enthusiasm, energy and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. Teresa grew up in the small town of Rangely, CO with a population of 1,500. Following her high school graduation the Rens family moved to "the city" making their home in Grand Junction to open a Honeybaked Ham franchise. Teresa learned the value of hard work and long hours at 18 while she was overseeing the daily operations of the family business. Several years after the store opened, Teresa moved to downtown Denver to study Interior Design at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in Lakewood, CO. A true "small town girl" at heart, Teresa moved back to Grand Junction 9 years ago and enjoys the seasons, culture, and people. Teresa is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. She specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled selling their homes on their own or with another agent. Specializing in Small Acreage Properties, Equine Properties, Luxury Homes and Residential Homes up and down the Western Slope, Teresa uses her knowledge of the area and connections to find her clients what they are looking for.
