ZillowVERIFIED I bought and sold a house with Teresa. She made the whole experience stress free and took care of all questions and concerns that we had quickly and efficiently. She is very knowledgeable and has many industry contacts. She ensured we had everything taken care of from financing to inspection, she stayed on top of all aspects of the real estate transaction. Teresa is a go getter and will get you what you are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an overall positive home buying experience with Teresa representing us. Our home search process during the pandemic had been daunting, especially after having 3 previous deals fall through. Teresa was encouraging, supportive and helped us negotiate a great price for our "forever" home. With her patience, persistence and expertise, she coordinated many aspects of our purchase with our best interest in mind. We were fortunate to have met her based on a referral. If the opportunity presents itself, we will have her represent us again and recommend her sales expertise in buying luxury homes.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted a realtor in Florida as we were looking to relocate. She told us she would contact a referring agent in NJ for a relocation transaction. We had horrible experiences in the past with realtors so we were very concerned in interviewing a new realtor. Much to our surprise when Teresa and her daughter Kristen came to our home there was an instant connection. Teresa listened to everything we had to say and then gave her thoughts. She assured us she would be the kind of agent that satisfied our every need. She maintained constant communication daily, and was respectful of all our requests in the challenging time of COVID. She was professional, courteous, protective, knowledgably, seemed to be someone who would protect our interest. She became more than an agent but a trusting friend and family member. Our home went under contract within 30 days and sold over asking. Although it seemed to be an never ending process Teresa was always there to answer every concern and question and reassure us that although the process is difficult we will get through this together. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, respectful and go getter agent whether moving local or a relocation transaction. This is the agent you want. She deserved the entire commission. She will be a life long friend of ours. If we could hive her more than 5 stars we would. Thank you Teresa. Chris & Paola

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the best experience with Teresa, In December 2017 We contacted Teresa about a foreclosure home in Montague N.J. Within one phone call she had us scheduled to look at the home the next day, gave us all the information on the spot ,she did not pull any punches, she was very thorough, professional and helpful, to make a long story short we made the offer on the spot and within 30 days Teresa had us closed on the property, she told us exactly what we had to do to keep things moving, I have a lot of friends who are real estate agents but they do not hustle like Teresa, I would highly recommend her and will be using her in the future for more property's.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Teresa on 3 deals, 2 Residential & 1 Commercial and can attest that Teresa is a real pro. Teresa brings a combination of professional savvy, courtesy and calm to each assignment. I can honestly say that without her insight and ability to bring clarity to the ever complex real estate market...I may have lost sight of some concepts and been hurt financially. I trust Teresa and would recommend her to anyone seeking a thoughtful and talented realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED It was 1.5 years ago when I met Teresa on a cold winter night and I had reached out to many agents looking for a new place after downsizing, but she wass the 1st to reach out and we met at a property. From the 1st we met after asking me some questions she knew what I wanted and knew where to take me. She wasted NO time & we only spent a few days and finally found the one that was right for me. Teresa knew the market, the development and knew the unit I ended up buying was right for me and was a great deal. She walked me thru the entire process from start to finish as I wanted a fast hassle free transaction. She was always there in my corner, every phone call, every e-mail and I never once felt like she did not have my best interest. She has a great network of other people I needed from inspector, painters, mortgage companies so I felt like I hit the jackpot working with her. If your in the market for an agent who will make it happen for you then Teresa is who you need to call. To date I still reach and she will point me in the right direction. Trust me you will not regret working with Teresa. Thanks again.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa helped me through the sale of two homes and purchase another, all in nine months. I thought it would be impossible, but she made it happen. Teresa always answered my calls and concerns. She is aggressive when necessary, and always put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.
