Because of the superb quality of her job, I asked her to help me again, 8 months later, when I was getting ready to leave Annapolis for a different job. I worked with her twice due to the same reasons. Teresa is reliable, goes above and beyond to listen to her client's priorities, and is available to respond to questions as often as one needs her to do so. In addition, to ensure that my condo looked impecable for the sale, she volunteered to store some of my boxes in her home, as she knew I did not know anyone in the area that would be able to help me. It is Teresa's humanity, in addition to her professionalism, that sets her apart in her field. I wish she could help me again to buy my home in my new city. ZillowVERIFIED Without hesitation, we absolutely recommend Teresa Dennison to sell your home. Our property was considered "difficult" to sell because of its steep entryway stairs. We had listed our property for almost a year with another agent in 2018-2019, and didn't receive a single offer. After working with Teresa, and following her recommendations, we received a solid offer in just 3 days. Teresa negotiated that offer for us, and we accepted. Teresa is knowledgeable, and her responsiveness is second to none. Sometimes we would send emails to her late in the evening.We expected to get answers the following day, but we would get an immediate response from her- either a call or email - almost immediately. She's truly tireless. We live out-of-state, and Teresa handled our home as if it were her own. Before listing the property, she asked for input from us on how we'd like to see our home marketed, and the type of buyer we thought would want to purchase it. She really listened, and even incorporated some of our ideas into the listing. We really felt that she understood us. It was clear she also knew exactly who would buy our home, and how to market to them; resulting in an almost immediate offer. Since we don't live in Maryland, Teresa committed to handling everything that needed to be done in preparation for closing. She was present for EVERYTHING: staging, the inspection, appraisal, repairs, walk through. She would meet contractors for estimates. She even helped with the selection of some of the fixtures, and she has great taste. Teresa was also a great resource for the contractors we needed including cleaning people, repair people, and other contractors. As she promised, she handled everything not only to closing, but even after the closing. She was a pleasure to work with and the consummate professional. If we ever decide to move back to the area, our first call would be to Teresa Dennison to find us a home.
