Teresa was very helpful and kind from start to finish. She walked us through the paper work. Gave us good honest advice on what we should and shouldn?t do to help sell the house. Our house was not an ?easy sell? and Teresa stuck with us until the right buyers came along. Teresa was creative and knew what to do to be successful. R. Shannon

Teresa was a great agent to work with! She was very knowledgeable and had great references for contractors or banks to contact if we needed anything. She was a huge help in the process of closing on my first house. She was readily available when you needed her and always patient if you were 100% positive on what you wanted. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Teresa is an amazing realtor. She helped us through every single step of the way. We ran into snags with loan offices twice, and when we thought all would be lost, Terry stepped up and made what seemed like an impossible dream, into our new beautiful home. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, and always available by phone or in person visits for any questions you may have. I recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy a home, because she is what made buying a house possible for us!

I would highly recommend Teresa Prouty as a real estate agent. She has been fantastic with my wife and I. She always answers calls or promptly returns calls if she is not able to answer. She makes herself available for private showings at various times of the day to fit your schedule.
