ZillowVERIFIEDTeresa was so easy to work with. She was readily available and responsive to our questions. She guided upgrades to the house that were not excessive, but perfect to enhance the sale. She chose excellent contractors, and selected materials personally, limiting our decision-making. The renovations to the two bathrooms elevated the sale price many more times than what we put into it. Her design eye is skilled, proving she knows what potential homebuyers are looking for. We are so pleased with Teresa, and the results of the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa Hoskins did an outstanding job of selling our house. She took care of everything, dealt with a difficult tenant, kept us informed, got multiple offers, and guided us through the entire process. By the time she and her associates (contractor, designer, gardener, etc) were done, the house looked so beautiful that I began to wish I could keep it! The house looks better than ever, with incredible improvements. The counter space was nearly doubled, and there is a much more open look to the living room now, with a kitchen island that will make entertainment a pleasure. Teresa also showed excellent judgement in deciding what items needed to be replaced & what could be left. I can't recommend her highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is the best agent you could ever wish for. She was always on top of her game and never pushed us aside. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know she will find out. She made it happen for us during Covid times and that is something we will never forget.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was very familiar with the neighborhood and was very knowledgeable of the current market. She facilitated the staging of the home and assisted us with acquiring a gardener and the overall look of the home. The virtual walk-through was very impressive and I am sure that helped with the number of people that attended the open house. I heartily recommend Teresa as a real estate agent that really works with the seller to get the best possible outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa Hoskins is one of the most professional agents Ive worked with. Shes very knowledgeable in the Bay Area real estate trends and what buyers are looking for. She managed the sale of my property which went very smoothly and way above asking price. Teresa went above and beyond in recommending paint colors, flooring type, contractors, changes to the look and feel to get the house ready to be put on the market. She helped me plan it all out gave valuable advice along the way. I believe that Teresas knowledge in listing at the right price helped maximize the return. I will buy another property and will definitely go with Teresa. I highly recommend Teresa Hoskins if your are considering buying or selling in the Bay Area.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is amazing to work with. She is very detail orientated and while selling our house, she did a great job marketing and being attentive through out the whole process. There was not one time where we felt neglected or pushed aside. Doesn't hurt to mention she sold my mother's property 400k over asking price. She is experienced, calm and cool and unlike most real estate agents these days, she actually allows you to decide which course of action is best for you instead of shoving the same old game, and the same old speech down your throat.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa Hoskins was wonderful! It was the best real estate experience I have had. She was professional and knowledgeable. She handled all the details and consulted with me as needed. My house sold for considerably more than it was listed for. Teresa was the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa guided us through twists and turns of both selling our home in San Jose and buying a home in San Mateo. We always felt like her top priority as she is very responsive to calls, emails and texts, and made herself available to tour homes any time we saw something we liked. We never felt rushed (no pressure to take the first offer on our house, which was not as good as the one we ended up withaEUR|and no hurry to find our perfect house even though it seemed like it could take forever). When we did find the house we wanted, we were able to get our offer accepted aEUR" no small feat in this market!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa deserves 100 stars! Five is not enough! If you need someone to help you navigate this insanely competitive Bay Area real estate market, look no further. We were anxious first time home buyers and she made the process of buying our house as painless as home buying could be. Teresa is always available to answer questions, knows the answers to any real estate related question you may have, and still remains calm, polite, and kind despite being asked the same thing a thousand times (again, anxious home buyers!). I cannot recommend Teresa highly enough. 10/10 would work with again in a heartbeat! We're completely in love with our new home :)

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa guided me through every step of what became a very successful sale of my house in Pacifica. She sweated the small stuff and did it with class, from identifying priority repairs, to pricing, great staging, photos, listing presentation, and open houses. She knows her stuff and has a very easy going manner, making what is inevitably a harrowing experience as easy as possible! I highly recommend listing and buying with Teresa as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa far exceeded any expectations for the selling of our house. We put it up on the market in a very short time before leaving the country for several weeks. Teresa seamlessly coordinated everything from small repairs on the house, to listing, professional photos, open houses, and negotiations-- all from afar. She was extremely organized providing us step by step updates on all happenings. The best part about Teresa however; is her proactive nature. Never did we have to ask about the process-- she was so on top of things and reaching out to us daily. Not to mention she is also an expert on all things Pacifica and that added to the buyers confidence as well. Would recommend Teresa in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is highly knowledgeable about the Pacifica market. Importantly, she is also very responsive and detail oriented; two traits that are vital in today's fast paced market. We could not be more pleased with our decision to choose Teresa as our agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't be any more impressed with Teresa's thoroughness and responsiveness. Paperwork, offers, and communication was always prompt. We were able to jump on a time-sensitive opportunity, thanks to her highly-organized work. Teresa notified us immediately when a house we had identified became available. Within 18 hours of the house hitting the market, Teresa submitted our offer. Seven hours later, she had negotiated a verbal agreement. The next morning we had all the paperwork for the accepted offer completed. That was less than 48 hours from the house hitting the market to an accepted offer!Teresa's home region is centered in Pacifica, which was where we met her. We were so impressed with her communication that we asked her to help us in our search in San Francisco. She quickly got up to speed on the neighborhoods that were outside of her normal area. Within a week, she was showing us places that matched our criteria in areas that we weren't aware of before.Thank you Teresa, we will definitely work with you again in the future. We would absolutely recommend her to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding and buying a home is a complicated process. Teresa was there every step of the way for us - from our first offer that didn't go into contract to our last as we went into contract on our first home. Teresa is an expert in the San Mateo county (and Pacifica) as she resides there herself. She toured homes with us, answered all of "our first-time home buyer" questions and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa helped our family find a new home, she is easy to work with, she is very responsive to email, phone and even text messages. Once we explained to her our needs, nice to haves, and budget she went to work. She understands and is very aware of market trends. She was easy to get a hold of and efficiently got us into the homes we wanted to see. She is diligent, proactive, and thorough when submitting offers and counter offers. When we finally went into contract she held our hands through and out of that process until we got the keys.

ZillowVERIFIED I recommend Teresa Hoskins highly. She helped us sell our house quickly and for a good price, which is just what you want a real estate agent to do. I chose her originally because I was impressed with her marketing materials. The brochure she created for our house was really beautiful. She also helped with staging so our house looked its best. She held open houses until we had a buyer, and she negotiated with the buyer to meet our price and other needs, including a rent-back period. Even after closing she continued to be very attentive to our needs. She even brought her son over to help us! He's also terrific as is his friend! All in all a very good experience.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Teresa quite accidentally during a house-window shopping day. Something in her manner felt comforting and allowed us to open up about our fledgling plans. She was patient and helpful in answering our house-buying 101 questions. Soon after, our personal circumstances changed rather unexpectedly and within a few weeks we were signing the agreements. During this exciting yet anxiety ridden period and process of buying our first house, Teresa was both, our anchor and our sail. She was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with, guiding us with her knowledge but never pushing us in any direction. Her ethical and pragmatic manner helped us trust her and eventually ourselves to take this big step. I guess good agents are not hard to find in today's market. But I'm glad that we found a good agent that could don so many other hats - holding our hand at times, wagging the finger when needed and always staying attuned to our said and unsaid words as we tried hard to listen to both, our hearts and our heads. She was genuinely a part of our anxiety (will ours be the top offer?!), sadness (aah life..) and then our exuberant joy :)And her genuine care and diligence are the top reasons we recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had been looking for a house in Pacifica and met Teresa at an open house she was hosting. After meeting several different agents at previous open house visits, connecting with Teresa was a breath of fresh air. She was genuinely interested in matching us with a home that suited our needs. Teresa competently navigated an in-depth purchase bid (multiple parties with offers and counteroffers). While we were unsuccessful in this initial pursuit, within a month she identified another property that was even more to our liking and helped us in a succesful purchase. It should be noted that this sale could not have been done without Teresa's competency and persistence. The seller's agent left much to be desired in the organization department and Teresa had to pull some double duty to make sure that all of the paperwork and particulars on their side was getting done. In sum, Teresa gets my highest recommendation and I would most surely refer friends/family to her and use her services again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Hoskins reminds me of the "old school" professionals: knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive. Her knowledge of the community was very impressive; she helped me locate just the right area (and, boy does Pacifica have a lot of areas!) Her patience in explaining and guiding through the paperwork process, would have tested that of a saint, but she was very kind and explained each intricacy and cost to me. I am a single mother and very nervous at the outset of the process; but Ms. Hoskins was the ultimate professional. And, she has a great laugh!I highly recommend Ms. Hoskins without reservation or hesitation.
