We had a further challenge in that our home layout was more suited to specific buyer needs vs. the general buyer population. She kept us informed of feedback from showings and market trends and recommended updates to our plan, driven by data which helped us to better digest the recommendations, which did include some price adjustments. Ultimately, these changes helped to generate interest and make our listing competitive. Throughout the process, Jennifer was proactive and responsive. She generally reached out every few days at a minimum and, if we had questions and contacted her, she responded within the hour and often within 5 or less minutes! She was flexible with the timing for showings and sought opportunities to make the showings and periodic open houses as impactful as possible. When it came time to negotiate and close the deal, her experience, her tenacity and her transparency with us and the buyer assisted in making and completing the deal. We enjoyed working with and getting to know Jennifer in this process.

ZillowVERIFIED After many months of preparation, my brothers and I were faced with the unenviable job of attempting to sell our late mother's home in south Scottsdale. We weren't sure how to proceed, but after reading numerous reviews we elected to contact 72SOLD, and through them we were introduced to Jennifer Michaels. I spoke with Jennifer at length and after showing her the property I was convinced that she would be the right person for the task. There was an immediate rapport and trust, and it was clear that we were on the same page as we pursued a quick sale at a competitive price. Jennifer had extensive knowledge of the area, and before we'd even met in person she had researched the publicly available information and arrived at a price and sales plan that was exactly what we'd had in mind. 21 days after signing with Jennifer, the house was sold. The one thing that stood out for me was Jennifer's willingness to communicate. Any question or concern--no matter how seemingly trivial--was routinely addressed within minutes either by Jennifer directly or by her outstanding assistant, Nikki. I never felt left out of the loop, and always knew where we were in the process and what docs needed to be signed or other issues dealt with. I had not been involved in the purchase or sale of real estate for many years, but with Jennifer's guidance I can't imagine the process being any smoother. After the close I asked Jennifer to provide me with some business cards that I could keep in my vehicle. Friends and neighbors occasionally ask me whether I know a good Realtor, and I can now unequivocally answer, "Yes!"

It was a beautiful home and property, but due to the divorce we had to sell to a very nice buyer who paid us a great price - over asking. We were surprised that Jennifer was able to obtain such a great offer with no contingencies, even though the Ex did not allow her to show the property. A fabulous job in a very very difficult situation with the Ex. I have been licensed in real estate for almost 4 decades, a broker in 5 states (not in AZ however), so I know what I am talking about. Jennifer has ethics, knowledge and professionalism that many agents wish they had. Wish I could give 10 stars & I would use her services again in a second!

As a Seller's Agent, she had the SPDS report and her own Q & A to every question we could think to ask already printed and available for us upon walking into her open house. She was knowledgeable about financing options and the local market. I told my husband he should hire Jennifer. We liked the house and almost put an offer in. We were getting short on time before our daughter was starting school. But.. we didn't absolutely love it and Jennifer got a better offer for her Seller's than what we were floating so while I visited family, my husband kept searching. A week later, I came back and he told me we were meeting Jennifer at two houses, one that wasn't yet listed on the MLS but Jennifer thought we might love it. We did. Jennifer found the perfect home for us. My husband and our child walked in and all three of us were positive that this was our next home. I resisted at first but once I met Jennifer, I knew we'd made the right decision. From day one, she impressed me with her professionalism, her confidence, and her knowledge of the market. To spare us a lot of random showings, she scheduled them in blocks of time so we weren't constantly/suddenly needing to get the house "show-ready" (a big job with 2 golden retrievers around). I didn't need to wonder how showings went; she kept us informed without having to be prodded for information.
