With general economic and interest rate uncertainty as well as changing buyer demand, her ability to interpret trends and adjust our strategy was helpful. We had a further challenge in that our home layout was more suited to specific buyer needs vs. the general buyer population. She kept us informed of feedback from showings and market trends and recommended updates to our plan, driven by data which helped us to better digest the recommendations, which did include some price adjustments. Ultimately, these changes helped to generate interest and make our listing competitive. Throughout the process, Jennifer was proactive and responsive. She generally reached out every few days at a minimum and, if we had questions and contacted her, she responded within the hour and often within 5 or less minutes! She was flexible with the timing for showings and sought opportunities to make the showings and periodic open houses as impactful as possible. When it came time to negotiate and close the deal, her experience, her tenacity and her transparency with us and the buyer assisted in making and completing the deal. We enjoyed working with and getting to know Jennifer in this process.
