ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We sold our home through her and she handled every detail for us and even hired a landscaping service so the house would show at its best. The negations and closing went smoothly and we were happy with their price we got for the home. We couldnt recommend Teresa more!

ZillowVERIFIED We needed a local Realtor to help us with the purchase of our second home - so relied on Teresa for information about the area. She was incredibly responsive and helped us through the negotiation and closing on our island home with no troubles. She also went above and beyond to handle things that we couldn't handle because we don't live in Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was pleasant to work with; we used her as a buyers agent. We relocated from out of state and so the process was a little more difficult for us, however, she worked on making it easier. She focused on making sure we got a good deal and showed us the properties we wanted to see. She certainly understands real estate and we chose her based on her reviews and awards she had received.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Teresa Haberman from one of her past customers that had bought a home from her. She has shown me many properties. And never gets mad that I have not found exactly what I am looking for yet. She is a great listener and very knowledgeable of the area. She also has a daughter that is her partner so someone is always available to answer my questions.I will buy my home from them and have already referred them to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa Haberman has served as my realtor on both purchasing and selling homes in Sarasota county. Unlike many realtors, she is always accessible to answer questions and eager to help with research and legwork. She is quick to pick up your needs and is not afraid to steer you away from properties that she does not think is fit for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was wonderful!!! I was 6 months pregnant and we needed a bigger house to accommodate our growing family. Not only did she find us a wonderful home in a neighborhood that was perfect for us in a school district with the highest rating possible, she also sold our old home in a matter of weeks!!! She even helped us find financing I didn't even know was an option that saved us tons of money. THANKS TERESA!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was a pleasure to work with. A very close friend recommended her and said that she was the best. Told us how she walked them threw the process of finding a home for their family. Being new to this area and a first time house buyer made it a challenge to find our new home. She listened to us and showed us a verity of homes that fit what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the area and warm personality and professionalism made the whole experience pleasure. I feel as if we found a home in a wonderful community .

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Teresa Haberman for over 15 years. I have worked with her as an agent, and most recently, I chose her to help me find my home in Deep Creek, Punta Gorda, when I moved back to Florida from Colorado. She is extremely knowledgable when it comes to real estate. As an agent, she is a valuable resource, and the first person I turn to when I have questions. As a homebuyer, she puts that knowledge to work for her customers and gives 100% to each and every transaction. I told her what my budget was and what was important to me in a home, and she showed me only those homes that fit my criteria. She was extremely diligent in the negotiation process for my purchase and I was particularly impressed with her knowledge of the local market. In the end, she found the perfect home for me. Teresa is very dedicated, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about buying, selling or purchasing investment property.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa Haberman has sold 6 properties for us, from a small condo to a large house near the beach, and everything in between. She treated each sale, big or small, with the same importance and worked to make the entire process as easy as possible for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I was intent in moving from Texas to Florida, but finding the right home was of great concern to me. Friends of mine put me in touch with their real estate professional, Teresa Haberman. Teresa was a delight to deal with and helped me find the right home, which I am totally pleased with. She was always professional, helpful, and informative. This made purchasing a home in Florida, from Texas, easier than I could have hoped. She was very responsive to my inquiries, and was thorough in her answers. She's a "total professional" in my view, and a great asset to home buyers like myself.

ZillowVERIFIED All I can say is Wow, what a wonderful realtor. Teresa Haberman is the best. She continuously went over and beyond to help me relocate from NJ to Fl. She took me through an incredible amount of houses ( both with me and for me on facetime) with a range of prices. She went to the building inspector when I received poor information from a pool company regarding installing an inground pool. To top all of that, she is warm, personable, funny and so knowledgeable . I can't say enough positive things about Teresa.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have listed, sold, closed and moved back to Ohio without the fantastic help from Teresa. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us with any problem, even down to offer help clean the house after we left for Ohio. She was so very friendly and we enjoyed our talks with her about real estate and our personal families. We chose Teresa because she had sold our house to us 14 years earlier and done such a great job, we immediately wanted her to be our sales rep. We hardily recommend her to anyone who needs a hard working, honest, and friendly realtor. Thanks Teresa!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a vacation home, and Teresa was recommended to us by a local contact. Wow, were we impressed. She found us the exact house we were looking for, newly listed, early in the morning on the day before we were to travel home. We saw the house, made an offer and closed the deal in 24 hours! She was available to answer any questions and manage the after-purchase process, and she always responded within several hours. I consider her service to be exceptional, and would highly recommend her.
