FAQ
Breathe and do not jump into anything. The home for you is the house that you feel goosebumps the minute you start to walk through it.
It is imperative that you keep your home looking near model home pristine during the showing process. The prospective buyers want to see themselves living there with a mess and stress-free life.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life, all ages and backgrounds. From the 22-year-old single woman buying her first home to the 70 year old couple upsizing to accommodate their grandchildren coming to live with them, I have enjoyed getting to know each person who I have worked with.
I love working with customers who have decided to build their own home. It is fabulous to watch the excitement on their faces with each stage of the process.
I had a close friend who was an agent and her life seemed fun. A fun job? In 2018 the stars aligned perfectly in my life, and I had the opportunity to try it out myself. Yes! There are fun jobs!
I have a master's in counseling which seems to come in handy with most transactions that I have taken part in.
