ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is very down to earth and easy to work with. When we were looking for a realtor, we were looking for someone to guide us and let us know what we should spend time and energy on for the sale of our home, and what we shouldnt. She definitely knows her stuff! We also purchased a home with Teresa and the transition from home to home was effortless. When looking for our new home, we considered many different options with Teresa and she took the time to go over pros and cons of each choice. Shes amazing to work with and we couldnt have asked for anyone better!

ZillowVERIFIED Friendly, energetic, responsive, knowledgable, and overall just a great help through the process of buying my new condo. Of special note, Teresa assisted every aspect of communication with the seller when negotiating things to repair, price and making the best deal possible. Call her first!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Teresa to purchase our home years ago and immediately knew that we wanted to work with her again when we were ready to list! She worked tirelessly to find the right listing when we had a time constraint in the beginning. Not only is she wonderful at what she does, but she is also a delight to work with- very personable and excellent at seamlessly guiding you through the whole process. I definitely look forward to working with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, has integrity and a great sense of humor. We were not sure of what area or even what type of house we wanted ... but we had a lot of must haves and she was diligent and determined to find us the right house with all our boxes checked and she did. We could always count on her quick response and follow up. We never felt pressured or rushed and we had her driving all over the metro area. She has a very calming way when we were stressed, unsure, or discouraged and she has a great sense of humor. Teresa, thank you so much for your patience with us, and we were most impressed with your passion to not just find us a great house, but the right home for us. Wed give you 10 stars, but it didnt let us.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent. She worked around our schedule and showed over 25 houses in 3 days. Teresa was also very helpful in negotiations and understood the market very well. We had zero issues before, during, and after the purchase of our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is an AMAZING realtor. When our house was delayed from closing, she made sure that our builders covered one month of our apartment?s rent because of their scheduling error. If we ever decide to sell our house, Teresa will be the first realtor we call.
