ZillowVERIFIED We first meet Teresa when we were purchasing our house, and that experience went so well that when it came time to sell my moms home there were no question asked that she was the one to help with the process. 100% of the time anyone says anything about buying or selling a home she is the first and only person I recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa went above and beyond helping us buy our first home! We starting looking at homes while in the process of moving to Tn from Wa. She was always super easy to get in touch with and returned calls, text and emails right away. She was extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard for us. She video called with us to show us houses we were insterested in, and payed close attention to details for us since we were there in person. We actually made an offer on the home while out of state before seeing it in person because of how wonderful and thural she was. She made the process seem so easy and way less stressful than we anticipated. I recommend her to anyone I hear that is looking to buy or sell a home. She is such a wonderful and caring person and truly puts her heart into her work!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Teresa. I live out of town and this was not a problem for one moment. Teresa stayed in constant contact with me and updated me via text messages and email. There were many things to fix in my Millington house and Teresa gave it to me straight! Every single item she talked to me about was exactly what needed to be fixed to sell my house. I hade one thing on the inspectors report that needed attention, and as I was out of town, she assisted in having it fixed. My house was listed and within one week, an offer was made and then closed within the month. Teresa is TOP NOTCH and very caring, understanding and takes great pride in her work. I would most definitely recommend calling Teresa if you are even thinking about buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Teresa was wonderful. I was very nervous as a first-time buyer, and felt like I had so many (like, really, so many) questions, and she assured me that she was here to help. She was patient with me while looking at many homes, and gave me her input on things about homes that may give me trouble down the road, re-sale value, etc. I was very nervous about never having purchased a home before, and she kept me calm through the process. She is very knowledgeable, and available when I needed her. I will be recommending her to all friends, family, co-workers, and to anyone reading this review!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was my agent when I purchased a property in September. She was very professional and handled my transaction like a pro. I was very well pleased that she kept me in the loop as to the status of my closing as it progressed. Now, she is handling a property that I have to sell. She has been diligent it showing my property in order to get a quick sell. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a piece of property.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Teresa to buy or sale any property is truly a pleasure and a relief that she is there to help you through the daunting task. She will walk you through the entire process always with a smile on her face. She is very positive and professional through all aspects and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. You will be happy to have her on your side. I wont do any Real Estate business without her guiding me through it. My last purchase she had to refer me to one of her Associates because she isnt licensed in MS. She stayed in contact with me during the entire process to make sure we were getting the level of service she demands for her clients. She is truly one of the best you can work with!

ZillowVERIFIED It is hard for my husband & I to describe our gratitude for Teresa Ervin in just a few sentences. With her absolute expertise in her field along with lots of kindness & patience, we just bought our first home. We had several special circumstances & without her thorough knowledge we would have never been able to purchase our home. She walked us through one of the most stressful experiences of our lives,& went above and beyond what was required of her.Five stars is not enough when describing Mrs. Ervin!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is an experienced realtor and her experience shows in her work. If your selling your house, she treats the sell as if the house belongs to her and she helps find houses as if she was looking for one herself. She is straight forward and offers great expert advice in the decision making process. If you ever have any questions or concerns, Teresa is always quick to respond, even if it is a less convenient time of day. I would recommend Teresa Ervin to anyone!
