ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I moved to NC from IN in Nov of 2020. We bought a house in an area on the water that was remote. We quickly found that it was just too remote and the hour and a half drive to Jacksonville was just not what we wanted or needed in our lives. We thought we bought our dream home but quickly realized it was just not us. We were heartbroken and confused and not sure where to begin to get out of this mess. We decided to rent in Jacksonville and do some traveling around the coastal areas of NC crystal coast to better figure out where we wanted to be for our aEURoesecond halfaEUR? in life. We inquired about a rental and the inquiry sent us to Teresa. This began a great relationship between realtor and client. Teresa has been there for us every step of the way! We rented a small house, and within a month the owner of the house wanted the house back(personal reasons) but Teresa was immediately on it, we rented a better place within 24 hours, shes helped with a very smooth transition. We are now in the process of finding land and going to build(something weve never done before). She has been so helpful with that process as well. She sold our far out remote house that was on the Pamlico river in no time at all and the closing process has been flawless. Of course we are all looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and upfront with potential issues, and professional; Teresa is all of that and more. Shes kind and fun and has an intuitive sense in this profession! She took a couple of Midwestern midlifers that felt like theyd been through it and helped us in every sense walk through this crazy market. We now consider her a friend.
