Giving up my home on the water after 27 years was a very difficult choice, and Teresa was the perfect person to guide us through the decision process. She was professional, yet personal..it was like having a friend or family member handle both the sale of our home and the purchase of another. What impressed us the most was how she made herself available at any and all times for us. Id text her with a question and 5 minutes she didnt text back..later she called me back. It was like we were her only clients, even in a summer season where she was incredibly busy with other listings. ZillowVERIFIED All I can say is that we were the luckiest people to find Teresa Beaumont! We had no expectation of buying a home until the morning I stumbled on an ad I saw online. It was perfect and I knew it would be snapped up. I called a real estate agent we had recently used (who was highly rated) but he refused to show me the home because I had not been preapproved for a mortgage. As it turned out, we would have lost the home if we had waited for his process. I called Teresa and explained the situation to her. She was more than willing to show us the home even though she didnt know if we could obtain a mortgage for this home. She accommodated every request we made. She showed us the home that same day and helped us find a mortgage lender. It turned out the bank took a longer time than expected, and we had time restraints because we had scheduled a vacation soon after we offered for the home. It was very stressful, but Teresa stayed on top of everyone involved and helped us close so we didnt have to cancel our trip. We will be using Teresa when we sell the home we moved from. She keeps us informed throughout the process. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate market, and doesnt get ruffled by anything unforeseen that occurs. She is a professional who is warm and pleasant to be around. We were blessed to find her, and we HIGHLY recommend her to everyone who is buying or selling property.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in a very difficult situation trying to sell a very nice small home we used as a rental property while we moved out of state to a new job. The tenants were uncooperative and prohibited dozens of showings making it nearly impossible to sell. Teresa did her best to explain the situation to prospective buyers and tried to be respectful of the tenants rights while also helping us enforce our owner rights to show the property. The tenants finally moved out, we refreshed & repaired the property and it showed over 20 times in just a couple weeks including an open house. Teresa even paid for some repairs with her own money trusting we would reimburse her. We then received 3 competing offers and finally sold the house. No one ever imagined it could be such a difficult journey and we are so grateful for her support and professionalism through the months.
