I was referred to Terence Coles, a Realtor with The Coles Real Estate Team at Bennett Realty Solutions and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for a home for several months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a home. Terence was the first to really listen to me. He found out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, he made sure I knew about it immediately. I had to search Zillow and then ask previous Realtors I'd had if they could show me a home and then hope they could find the time. Terence always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there.Mr. Coles is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job, he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home. It took several months with numerous showings. Terence worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I am happy to say I am in my new home now, thanks to Terence's efforts and I'm very grateful. I love my new home. I would recommend Terence Coles to anyone who wants a Realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on. I would need many more than 500 characters to explain how awesome Terence was throughout the entire home purchase process. Let me start by saying that I was renting in a development that I loved living in. So when it was time for me to purchase, I knew exactly where I wanted to live. When a home became available here, I asked Terence to help me purchase my dream home. From the work he did prior to our initial exploratory home showing, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing, Terence made feel comfortable. He's a true pro. If you are moving to the Washington Metropolitan Area--there is only one Realtor to use--and that is Terence Coles of The Coles Real Estate Team. He pretty much became part of my extended family as a result of my purchase process. I'll never use another Realtor and neither should you.
