ZillowVERIFIED The only realtor you need in KY!! We were given 8 weeks notice that we were moving from Utah to Kentucky, and needed to buy a home QUICKLY. Tera is a true professional and far exceeded our expectations, especially in a market that has more buyers than available homes. She met with many of subcontractors and inspectors to let them onto the property while we were out of state (and face timed us so we could also speak with them!), she was always very communicative with us and provided everything we needed very quickly throughout the entire process. We pulled out of 2 contracts after receiving the inspection reports and we never felt like she was frustrated or trying to push us one way or another. The only downside to Tera is that she's raised the bar so high no other realtor will be able to compare!! ?? Don't hesitate - go with Tera!

ZillowVERIFIED Tera is amazing. She was actually able to help find me a nice house in this crazy market. I meet Tera on Facebook after I asked a question about a house I seen on there. She messaged me I explained that I was just looking, but wasn't serious about buying at that point. And she wasn't annoying like many agents are. Well after about 9 months I had my daughter I decided I needed to own vs rent. So I worked with an agent I had know for awhile just to end up getting ignored and the run around. So I reached out to Tera on the message she had sent along time ago. The great thing is she understood my crazy schedule with a newborn she actually responded to my 2am screen shots and text messages. And we were able to see about 4/6 houses in a day in the short time span I had open. We went thru alot of houses because I'm picky. Went through what everyone else has in this market of being anywhere between the 6th and 15th offer on the same house. Well when we actually found the house we bought. Not only did she write an amazing offer (which she did on all the offers we put in), but she was actually able to get the seller to pay closing cost. Which is unheard of in this current makert. Even my loan officer at the bank was shocked, she said shes hasn't seen a seller pay closing cost in about 2 years. So long story short, if u want a go getter and someone who will have your best interests at heart use Tera as your realtor, she honestly becomes part of your family. During our closing she even entertained my daughter while we signed all the paper work.

We were approved for a low limit with our 1st lendor and Tera never made us feel like we were less than. She went into each home with with the most postive attitude and helped us to see the potential in the home. After so many failed attempts at finding a home for our family Tera offered us the number of another lendor. We gave him a call and was approved for almost double what the original lender approved us for. Within 2 weeks we found a home and Tera wasted no time submitting the best offer for us.
